## CSV Dedupe & Merge

Merge two CSVs (or dedupe one) into a single clean file with duplicate rows removed. The natural companion to CSV Data Cleaner for combining exports and lists.

### Output

- **Dataset**: one item per merged row. Every item carries a stable
  `recordId` reconciliation key generated by the actor. If your input CSV
  already has a `recordId` column, its values are preserved under
  `sourceRecordId` (suffixed if that name is taken) so the actor-owned
  `recordId` stays reliable for matching dataset rows against recovered
  charges.
- **Key-value store `MERGED`**: the merged CSV file (`text/csv`)
- **Key-value store `SUMMARY`**: JSON totals (rows in, rows out, duplicates removed)
