## Pricing

from $1.10 / 1,000 product results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Officeworks AU Product Details (Unofficial)

Fetch rich, source-bound Officeworks Australia product records from product pages. One page per product on the normal path, no search/review/location-stock fan-out, and direct-first access with bounded proxy fallback.

### Quick Start

Empty input is safe and bounded: it runs one starter product.
Example input: {"url":"https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/logitech-m280-wireless-mouse-black-lom280blk","maxItems":1,"proxyMode":"auto"}

### What You Get

Product code/SKU, GTIN, name, brand, manufacturer part number, description, feature bullets, live and EDLP price, AUD currency, images, breadcrumbs/categories, grouped specifications, rating/review count, ranging/publication flags and SKU-specific Add-to-Cart orderability when exposed by Officeworks.
Abridged output: {"product_code":"LOM280BLK","name":"Logitech M280 Wireless Mouse Black","brand":"Logitech","price":35,"currency":"AUD","is_orderable":true,"rating":4.2237,"review_count":76}

### Operation and Inputs

This Actor has one operation: product detail. Use url or urls; maxItems is 1-100. Input validation is atomic: malformed/non-Officeworks URLs fail before network work instead of being silently dropped.

### Access and Proxy Behavior

proxyMode=auto is the default: direct first, then one Australian Apify residential fallback after a source/access failure. direct disables fallback. apify always uses Apify Proxy. custom requires proxyConfiguration.proxyUrls.

### Limits and Failure Modes

- Normal path: one PDP request per product.
- Auto fallback: at most one additional proxy attempt after direct source/access failure.
- No search, review-body, location-stock, variant or pricing fan-out.
- Product identity is checked against the requested URL.
- Human Verification, blocked responses, missing initial state and identity mismatches fail closed.
- Stock quantity is not inferred. is_orderable=true only when the requested SKU has an enabled Add-to-Cart button.
- Missing source values remain null/empty rather than fabricated.

### Dataset and OUTPUT

Buyer rows go to the default Dataset. OUTPUT contains status, counts, selected access route, request bounds and diagnostics.

### Billing

One successfully published product row corresponds to one result event. Failed targets are not intentionally charged as results.

This Actor is unofficial and is not affiliated with Officeworks.

# Actor input Schema

## `url` (type: `string`):

One Officeworks Australia product URL. Prefill is UI-only and is not injected into API calls that use urls.

## `urls` (type: `array`):

Optional list of Officeworks product URLs. Input validation is atomic: malformed/non-Officeworks URLs fail before network work.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of Officeworks product URLs processed in one run.

## `proxyMode` (type: `string`):

auto tries direct first and falls back once to an Australian Apify residential proxy only if Officeworks blocks/fails direct access. direct never falls back; apify always uses Apify Proxy; custom uses proxyConfiguration.proxyUrls.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Optional proxy configuration. Custom proxy URLs take precedence. In auto mode no proxy is used unless direct access fails.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "url": "https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/logitech-m280-wireless-mouse-black-lom280blk",
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

Normalized Officeworks product rows.

## `summary` (type: `string`):

Run status, counts, proxy mode and diagnostics.
