- **Pick your registers.** A selector above the search box chooses the business entity register, the UCC lien register, or both — both by default, so one term returns both sides. The result cap applies per register, so a cap of 10 with both selected returns up to 20 records per term.
- **Publicly traded disclosure search** lives in the business filters as a search type, mirroring the registry's own Business tab, with director / officer name, board composition, compensation range, auditor and disclosure flags.
- Search terms are capped at 49 characters, matching the registry's own search box, which silently truncates anything longer.
- **Every business and UCC filter the registry offers is present, in the registry's own order and wording** — including the director's middle name / initial and the five Disclosures checkboxes as separate fields. Entity type and Status list "All" first and then alphabetically, exactly as the site's dropdowns do.
- **Business entities** — name, entity number, status, standing, entity type, jurisdiction of formation, initial filing date and registered agent. Filter by 35 entity types, 24 registration statuses, name matching and a formation-date range.
- **UCC liens** — file number, filing type, status, file date, lapse date, debtor and secured party with locations. Filter by five lien types, three status modes, and both file-date and lapse-date ranges.
- **Detail levels.** Full profile opens each result for its principal and mailing address, the registered agent's own address, all four standings and the Statement of Information due date — and for UCC, every debtor and secured party with full street addresses, which often names an individual behind a trading name. Filing history adds every filing plus the registry's field-level change history. Download documents also saves each filing as a PDF to the key-value store.
- Results stream into the dataset as they are extracted rather than arriving in one batch.
- A business search that reaches the register's hard 500-match ceiling is reported as truncated. A UCC search too broad for the register to answer returns guidance on how to narrow it, instead of failing the run.
