### 0.1  Single Property Listing URL Support

**New Feature: Scrape a single domain.com.au property listing directly by URL.**

You can now paste a direct link to one property listing  not just a search results page  and the Actor will return that individual listing's complete detail record in a single run.

#### What's New

- **Single listing URL input.** Give the Actor a direct property link such as `https://www.domain.com.au/342-whale-beach-road-palm-beach-nsw-2108-2020501730` and it returns that one property immediately, with no search page or filters required.
- **Automatic detection.** The Actor automatically recognizes whether a URL you provide is a search page or a single property page  no extra input field or mode switch needed.
- **Full property detail by default.** Single property URLs always return the complete listing record: price, full description, property features, agent and agency contact details, nearby schools, market insights, inspection and auction information, and high-resolution photos.
- **Mix and match.** Combine search URLs and single-property URLs in the same run  scrape a whole suburb search alongside specific listings you already have links to, in one job.

Many workflows start with a specific property link  shared by a client, saved from a browser tab, or pulled from another data source  rather than a fresh search. Previously, this Actor was built around search result URLs only. This makes the Actor a complete solution for:

#### Input Changes

- The **Search or Property URLs** field now accepts both search result URLs and single property listing URLs.
- `maxResults` and `detailMode` are automatically ignored for single property URLs, since there is exactly one listing to return and it is always delivered in full detail.
- No breaking changes  all existing search URL inputs continue to work exactly as before.

#### Pricing

- The Actor now runs on **pay per event** pricing: you are charged per listing returned,
  with **no run-start fee**. Listings delivered with full property detail are charged at the
  detail rate; a listing whose detail could not be retrieved is charged at the standard rate.
- Search runs now return a **minimum of 10 listings** — search results arrive in blocks, so
  smaller requests are rounded up. Single property URLs are unaffected and always return
  exactly one listing. To pull everything a search holds, enter a large maximum such as
  1000000\.
- Set a **maximum cost per run** and the Actor checks it up front — if the budget cannot cover
  a single listing it stops immediately and says so, instead of running up a bill.
