- **Listing/product details** — for every listing URL, fetches the full Etsy payload (product,
  shop, pricing, variations, offerings, shipping, policies, ratings, recommendations, media)
  and preserves it in full as a `listing_details` record.
- **Optional reviews** via the `includeReviews` toggle: on → details + reviews; off → details
  only (no review requests). Each `listing_details` record records which mode was used.
- **Review filters** matching the Etsy app: sort (Suggested / Most recent / Highest rated /
  Lowest rated), star rating (1–5), and media (any / with photos / with videos, mutually
  exclusive).
- **Per-listing `maxReviews`** — applies to each URL independently; never limits the one
  listing-details record per URL.
- **Full data preservation** — every field Etsy returns is kept, including nested objects.
- **Correct pagination** (fixed 24-per-page) — retrieves the complete review set.
- **Progressive delivery** — records stream to the dataset while the run is still working.
- **Resumable, encrypted run state** — safely resumes after interruption, migration, or restart
  (details and reviews tracked as independent phases per listing) without re-delivering work.
