Thank you for reporting this issue! It seems Idealista may have changed the structure of their website or introduced measures that are affecting the scraper’s ability to return results. We’ll investigate the changes and update the actor accordingly.
Thanks again for your patience!
Hey! Thanks again for reporting the issue. I’ve just pushed an update and tested it — things seem to be working now. Could you give it another spin and let me know if it’s resolved on your end? If I don’t hear back within the next 24 business hours, I’ll go ahead and close this issue assuming it’s been fixed. Of course, feel free to reopen or comment if anything comes up later!

Hello it now works great thank you.
Is there anyway to identify private owners from the data.
Ive noticed both private owners and agencies are both noted as "null"
I need to extract only private owners.
Hi! Thanks again for the feedback. I’ve just updated the scraper it now detects whether the listing is posted by a private owner or an agency, and returns the result under the contactInfo.ownerType field. For example, if it’s an agency like this one: "ownerType": "agency" But if it’s a private individual, it will return: "ownerType": "private" If you're still seeing "null" or uncertain values, feel free to send me a few links or examples where that happens I’ll take a look and make sure it’s correctly detected. Also, if there’s any other information you’d like to extract from the listings, feel free to let me know and I’ll see if I can include it!
