#### Changed

- Every listing now comes with full details at the base price — features, inspection/auction times, statement of information, and agent/agency contacts are included automatically. The "Fetch Full Property Details" option is no longer needed (saved inputs that still set it keep working). The add-on price now applies only to individual property URLs.
- Large searches are fetched in far fewer requests, so big runs finish faster.

#### Added

- New fields: listing status (New / Under Offer / Sold), numeric price range (`priceFrom` / `priceTo`, plus `pricePeriod` for weekly rents), sold date, rental bond and date available, numeric land size, agent profile links and photos, and a structured agency block (phone, email, office address, profile, logo).
- Listings that appear in several of your searches are returned and charged only once.
- A clear warning when a search matches more than the 2,000 results realestate.com.au serves per search, with advice to split it.

#### Fixed

- Photo URLs now point to the full-size images (they previously opened a placeholder image).
- Unlimited runs on very large searches no longer return repeated listings past the site's result limit.
- When a run reaches your spending limit, the last charged listing is now always delivered.
- Budget limits are applied correctly on the Platinum and Diamond plans.
- Land size shows "m²" correctly, descriptions are plain text (no HTML tags), agent emails no longer include CRM capture addresses in the main email field, and state codes are consistently upper-case.
