## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Naver Blog & Cafe Scraper

Scrape posts from Naver Blog and Naver Cafe with full text, HTML, images, embedded places, external links, engagement counts and optional comments.

Supports keyword search and direct post / blog-home / cafe URLs. Flags sponsorship and affiliate disclosures in post text, and `내돈내산` (self-paid) claims.

### Features

- Keyword search for Blog, Cafe, or both
- Direct post URLs, blog home URLs, cafe home/board URLs
- Full content + HTML + images
- Place / map embeds (name, address, phone, GPS)
- External OG links
- Comment scraping (best-effort for blogs)
- Sponsorship / affiliate / self-paid detection
- Date range filter (`YYYY-MM-DD` or `7 days`)
- Search keyword + rank on every keyword-search row

### Input

| Field | Type | Default | Description |
|-------|------|---------|-------------|
| `searchKeywords` | array | — | Keywords to search |
| `directUrls` | array | — | Post / blog / cafe URLs |
| `searchType` | string | `both` | `blog` / `cafe` / `both` |
| `maxResults` | integer | `30` | Cap per keyword per type (max 1000) |
| `sortBy` | string | `sim` | `sim` or `date` |
| `dateFrom` / `dateTo` | string | — | Keep posts in range |
| `scrapeContent` | boolean | `true` | Full post body |
| `scrapeComments` | boolean | `true` | Comments |
| `skipMembersOnlyPosts` | boolean | `false` | Skip unreadable cafe posts |
| `proxyConfiguration` | object | — | Optional proxy (KR recommended) |

#### Input example

```json
{
  "searchKeywords": ["강남 맛집"],
  "searchType": "blog",
  "maxResults": 20,
  "sortBy": "date",
  "scrapeContent": true,
  "scrapeComments": false
}
```

### Output

One dataset item per post:

| Field | Description |
|-------|-------------|
| `type` | `blog` or `cafe` |
| `title` / `url` / `author` / `date` | Identity |
| `content` / `contentHtml` / `images` | Body |
| `places` / `externalLinks` | Embeds |
| `likeCount` / `commentCount` / `viewCount` | Engagement (`viewCount` mainly cafe) |
| `comments` | Comment objects |
| `sponsored` / `affiliate` / `selfPaidClaim` / `disclosureText` | Disclosure flags |
| `keyword` / `searchRank` | Search provenance |
| `scrapedAt` | ISO timestamp |

### Tips

- Prefer `sortBy: "date"` when you need recent Naver posts.
- Use a Korea residential proxy if search or PostView is blocked from your region.
- Members-only cafe posts may return metadata without a body; enable `skipMembersOnlyPosts` to skip them.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keywords to search on Naver Blog and/or Cafe. Each keyword is searched separately.

## `directUrls` (type: `array`):

Naver Blog or Cafe post URLs. Also accepts blog home URLs (https://blog.naver.com/{id}) and cafe home/board URLs.

## `searchType` (type: `string`):

Which Naver service to search.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Maximum search results per keyword per search type (blog/cafe), and max posts per blog/cafe listing URL. Max 1000.

## `sortBy` (type: `string`):

Search sort order: sim (relevance) or date (newest first).

## `dateFrom` (type: `string`):

Keep posts on or after this day (KST). YYYY-MM-DD or relative period such as "7 days".

## `dateTo` (type: `string`):

Keep posts on or before this day (KST). Same formats as Posted from.

## `scrapeContent` (type: `boolean`):

Visit each post and extract full text, HTML, images, places and links. Turn off to return search hits only.

## `scrapeComments` (type: `boolean`):

Collect comments when full content scraping is enabled. Blog comments may be empty when Naver blocks non-browser clients.

## `skipMembersOnlyPosts` (type: `boolean`):

Leave out cafe posts that are not publicly readable and keep filling maxResults with readable posts instead.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Optional proxy. A Korea (KR) residential proxy improves success against Naver bot checks.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

Reserved for parallel page fetches. Current build uses a single real browser session.
