### 1.0 — first release

Bilibili Full Scraper — every public Bilibili endpoint in one actor, across
eighteen modes:

**Downloading**

- **Download Bilibili videos** — direct video and audio download URLs from any
  Bilibili link format (full link, `b23.tv` short link, BV id, av number),
  with a ready-to-run `ffmpeg` command that joins Bilibili's separate DASH
  tracks into one MP4. Every row carries the two headers the CDN requires and
  the URL expiry deadline.
- **Bilibili video info** — full metadata without resolving download URLs.
- **Bilibili video parts** — the 分P list, with the `cid` addressing each part
  in the download, danmaku and heatmap modes.

**Engagement**

- **Bilibili comments** — comments and replies with likes, author level and IP
  region. Falls back to the legacy top-comments endpoint when Bilibili refuses
  the full list, so a run degrades to fewer comments rather than to nothing.
- **Bilibili danmaku** — the scrolling 弹幕 comments with their timestamp in
  the video.
- **Bilibili heatmap** — 高能进度条, one row per time bucket showing which
  seconds of a video get rewatched most, with the peak flagged.

**Discovery**

- **Search Bilibili**, **Bilibili popular** (综合热门), **Bilibili ranking**
  (排行榜), **Related Bilibili videos**, **Bilibili channels** (分区).

**Creators**

- **Bilibili uploader** (UP主) — followers, total views, total likes, level,

**Output**

The Overview tab shows populated columns for every one of the eighteen modes.
A value that does not exist for a row type shows as `—`; a real zero shows as
`0`, so "this video has no views yet" and "this row type has no view count"
are never confused.

Pay-per-event pricing at $1 per 1,000 list results; $0.01 for single-result
Bilibili endpoints. Items Bilibili refuses are written to the dataset with an
`error` field and are never charged.

#### Known Bilibili-side restrictions at release

- **Downloads are capped at 480P.** Bilibili gates 720P and above behind a
  logged-in account, and 1080P+/60fps/4K behind Premium (大会员). Requesting a
  higher tier still returns the file at the best anonymous quality, and the
  row's `quality_capped` field says why.
- **PGC content (番剧, 电影, 电视剧) is not accessible** to anonymous sessions.
- **Live danmaku cannot be scraped** — it travels over a websocket. The
  historical snapshot Bilibili stores per video is what the Danmaku mode
  returns.
- **Bilibili campaigns need the campaign's own id (`sid`)** — Bilibili cannot
  look one up from a video link alone.
