## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## BOAMP Public Tenders — French Procurement (Tenders, Awards, Modifications)

Official **French public procurement notices**: tenders, awards and modifications from BOAMP (`boamp.fr`) and the national DECP open data (`data.economie.gouv.fr`). Built for sales teams, bid monitoring and public-spending analysis.

### What it does

- Watches **BOAMP notices** (RSS) and the **DECP** national open data, deduplicates across sources
- Search by **keywords**, **CPV codes**, **buyer**, **department / region**, **procedure type**, **estimated value range**, **posting dates**
- `onlyAwards` mode: awarded contracts with winner, award date and amount
- One normalized record per tender with buyer identity, CPV classification, values, deadlines and the original link
- Output verbosity: `minimal`, `standard`, `full`

### Input example

```json
{
  "keywords": ["logiciel", "informatique"],
  "cpvCodes": ["48000000"],
  "departments": ["75"],
  "valueMin": 50000,
  "postedAfter": "2026-10-01",
  "maxRecords": 100,
  "outputFields": "standard"
}
```

Main input fields: `keywords`, `cpvCodes`, `buyers`, `departments`, `regions`, `procedureTypes`, `valueMin`/`valueMax`, `postedAfter`/`postedBefore`, `onlyAwards`, `outputFields`, `maxRecords`.

### Output example (standard)

```json
{
  "source": "boamp",
  "id": "26-123456",
  "title": "Fourniture de logiciels métiers",
  "buyer": "VILLE DE PARIS",
  "buyer_siret": "21750001600019",
  "buyer_department": "75",
  "buyer_region": "Île-de-France",
  "cpv_code": "48000000",
  "procedure_type": "Appel d'offres ouvert",
  "type": "AAP",
  "is_award": false,
  "estimated_value": 250000,
  "currency": "EUR",
  "posted_at": "2026-10-06T00:00:00.000Z",
  "deadline": "2026-11-06T12:00:00.000Z",
  "link": "https://www.boamp.fr/avis/detail/26-123456",
  "scraped_at": "2026-10-13T09:00:00.000Z"
}
```

Award records add `award_date`, `award_amount`, `awardee` and `awardee_siret`.

### Data source

- **BOAMP** — Bulletin officiel des annonces des marchés publics (DILA), official French procurement bulletin
- **DECP** — Données Essentielles de la Commande Publique, consolidated national award data (open data)

### Notes

- **No API key required** — both sources are public. The Actor combines them and deduplicates by notice ID.
- Ideal for: bid opportunity monitoring, competitor award tracking, public-waste/procurement transparency analysis.
