## Pricing

from $3.20 / 1,000 scraped jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Workable Jobs Scraper — every open job on any Workable careers board

Pull every open job from any company that hires through **Workable**: title, department, team, location, remote flag, employment type, **salary range**, job URL, apply URL and publish date. One row per job, bulk companies in one run, keyword / location / department / remote / date filters. **No API key, no login, no proxy.** $0.004 per job.

### Real output (run `W4TH9MzyPFMztwdEn`, 10 jobs)

Input: `{"companies":["huggingface","https://apply.workable.com/blueground"],"remoteOnly":false,"maxJobsPerCompany":5,"includeDescription":true}`

| huggingface | Low-Level Senior Software Engineer, Xet Storage - US Remote | New York, New York, United States | — | yes |
| huggingface | Open-Source Machine Learning Engineer - EMEA Remote | Paris, Île-de-France, France | — | yes |

Run with no input at all (`{}`) returns the first 100 open jobs at **huggingface** — run `hfiTKWeNFt3GPYDlG`, 8 rows.

### What you can use it for

- **Job hunting at scale** — watch 50 target companies, filter to "engineer" + "Remote", schedule daily.
- **Sales / lead generation** — a company hiring 10 data engineers is buying data tools. Hiring is the strongest public buying signal there is; export the rows to your CRM.
- **Recruiting & market research** — salary bands by role and city, team growth, where competitors are opening offices.
- **Job boards & aggregators** — clean, normalised rows with stable IDs for de-duplication.

The row shape is **identical** across our Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters scrapers, so datasets from all four concatenate with no mapping step.

### Input

| field | what it does |
|---|---|
| `company` | One company: the slug from apply.workable.com/<name>, or that URL. Default `huggingface`. |
| `companies` | Up to 50 companies in one run. |
| `keywords` | Keep jobs whose title contains ANY of these (case-insensitive). |
| `location` | Keep jobs whose location contains this text. |
| `department` | Keep jobs whose department or team contains this text. |
| `remoteOnly` | Remote jobs only. |
| `postedWithinDays` | Only jobs published in the last N days. |
| `maxJobsPerCompany` | Cap per company after filters (default 100). |
| `includeDescription` | Add the full job description as clean plain text. |

### Output fields

`source, company, companySlug, jobId, title, department, team, location, isRemote, workplaceType, employmentType, experienceLevel, salaryMin, salaryMax, salaryCurrency, salaryInterval, salaryText, url, applyUrl, publishedAt, updatedAt` (+ `descriptionText` when requested). Download as JSON, CSV, Excel or via API.

**Salary:** Workable has no public pay field. With "Include full job description" on, a stated range is read out of the description; otherwise salary fields are null.

### Pricing

**$0.004 per job row returned.** A company with no open jobs, an unknown slug, or a board whose jobs all miss your filters returns an explanatory row with `ok: false` and is **not charged**. 100 jobs = $0.40.

### How it works

It reads Workable's own public job-board API, the same feed that powers each company's careers page. No browser, no scraping of HTML, no proxies, so runs finish in seconds and do not break when a careers page is redesigned.

### FAQ

**How do I find a company's slug?** Open their careers page. If the URL is apply.workable.com/<name>, the slug is the last part. You can also paste the full URL.

**Which companies use Workable?** Among others: Hugging Face, Blueground and thousands of SMBs.

**Can I schedule it?** Yes. Use an Apify schedule plus `postedWithinDays: 1` to get only new jobs each day.

**Is it legal?** It reads data the company publishes publicly for job seekers. Use it in line with your local law and the board's terms.

### Changelog

- **0.1 (2026-09-24)** — first release. Bulk companies, filters, normalised salary fields.
