## Pricing

$500.00 / 1,000 completed catalog audits

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## AUREUS Supplier Catalog Change Audit

Compare two supplier CSV catalogs before importing an update into your store or inventory system.

Identify product changes and data quality issues, then download reports in HTML, CSV and JSON.

### What it checks

- Added and removed SKUs.
- Price changes, with a configurable percentage alert threshold.
- Product title and currency changes.
- Duplicate or missing SKUs.
- Invalid prices and currency formats.

SKUs duplicated in either catalog are excluded from comparison to avoid ambiguous matches.

### How to use

1. Paste your previous CSV into "Catalogo precedente".
2. Paste your current CSV into "Catalogo attuale".
3. Set the price alert threshold. The default is 20%.
4. Start the Actor.
5. Open the run's Storage section to download the reports.

Use comma-separated CSV with this header:

sku,price,currency,title

Example previous catalog:

sku,price,currency,title
A001,10.00,EUR,Cup
A002,20.00,EUR,Lamp
A003,15.00,EUR,Vase

Example current catalog:

sku,price,currency,title
A001,13.00,EUR,Cup
A002,20.00,EUR,Lamp
A004,25.00,EUR,Cushion

At a 20% threshold, this example reports:

- A001: price increased by 30%.
- A003: removed from the current catalog.
- A004: added to the current catalog.

### Reports

The run's default key-value store contains:

- REPORT.html: readable audit report.
- FINDINGS.csv: findings for spreadsheet review.
- AUDIT.json: structured audit data.

The default dataset contains one combined audit record per comparison, rather than one record per product.

### Input requirements and limits

- Both catalogs must contain the columns sku, price, currency, title.
- Maximum 2,000 product rows per catalog.
- Maximum 1 MB per catalog.
- Maximum 30 columns and 2,048 characters per cell.
- SKU matching is case-sensitive.
- Prices must be non-negative, with no more than two decimal places.
- Use three-letter uppercase currency codes, such as EUR or USD.
- Empty catalogs are rejected.

### Pricing

USD 0.50 per completed catalog audit.
One audit compares one previous catalog with one current catalog.

### Scope

The Actor compares only the CSV data you provide. It does not fetch supplier websites, modify your original catalogs or import changes into your store.

A removed SKU means it is absent from the supplied current CSV; it does not prove that the product is discontinued or out of stock.

No AI API calls are used.
