Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Korean & Chinese Used Cars API (Encar, KB Chachacha, K Car, Dongchedi, Che168)

Export live **used car listings from South Korea and China** into an Apify dataset (JSON,
CSV, Excel) using the official [EnCarAPI](https://encarapi.com/?utm_source=apify\&utm_medium=encarapi-apify). No scraping, no proxies,
no captchas: the Actor calls a production API that already mirrors the marketplaces.

- **South Korea:** Encar (Korea's largest used car marketplace), KB Chachacha and K Car,
  deduplicated across platforms. English values for brands, models, fuel and transmission.
- **China:** Dongchedi and Che168 in English, prices in CNY with USD and EUR conversions,
  export-ready filter.

Built for car exporters, importers, dealers and marketplaces sourcing Korean and Chinese
inventory.

### You need an API key

This Actor is a client for the paid EnCarAPI service. Get a key (5-day trial) at
**[encarapi.com](https://encarapi.com/?utm_source=apify\&utm_medium=encarapi-apify)**. Chinese data works with a
[ChinaCarAPI](https://chinacarapi.com/?utm_source=apify\&utm_medium=encarapi-apify) key or an EnCarAPI key with the China add-on. The key
is stored as an encrypted secret input.

### What you get

**Search mode** returns one dataset item per listing, for example (Korea):

```json
{
  "Id": "41000001",
  "Source": "encar",
  "ManufacturerEnglish": "Hyundai",
  "ModelEnglish": "Grandeur",
  "BadgeEnglish": "2.5 Premium",
  "Year": 202203,
  "Price": 2890,
  "Mileage": 31000,
  "FuelTypeEnglish": "Gasoline",
  "Photos": ["..."],
  "Url": "https://fem.encar.com/cars/detail/41000001"
}
```

Korean prices are in 만원 (1 = 10,000 KRW), so `2890` = 28,900,000 KRW.

**Details mode** takes a list of vehicle ids and returns the full record per car: specs,
options, photos, price history and seller. Inspection reports and accident records are
available through the API and SDKs.

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| EnCarAPI or ChinaCarAPI key | Required, secret |
| Market | South Korea or China |
| Mode | Search listings, or full details for vehicle ids (Korean or Chinese ids) |
| Max results | Stop after this many items |
| Korea filters | Marketplace (Encar / KB Chachacha / K Car / all), brand, model, free-text model search, year, max price, max mileage, accident-free chassis |
| China filters | Marketplace (Dongchedi / Che168 / both), brand, model, year, max price (CNY), max mileage, city, fuel, inspection report only, export-ready only |

KB Chachacha, K Car and the combined view depend on your plan, see
[encarapi.com/#pricing](https://encarapi.com/?utm_source=apify\&utm_medium=encarapi-apify#pricing).

EnCarAPI keys with the China add-on work for both markets. Without a key the Actor only returns a demo item explaining how to get one.
