## Changelog

### 0.1 (2026-10-21)

- Mark `stateKey` as `isSecret` (and drop schema default; secret fields cannot have defaults) so Actor quality Insights no longer flags SENSITIVE_PROPERTIES_WITHOUT_SECRET_FLAG.

- First version: building permits (16 voivodeship files) and construction notifications (two national files) from GUNB RWDZ open data.

- Organisation investors named with address, plots and numbers; people, sole traders and partnerships at commune level only; designers never read.

- Filters by area (voivodeship or TERYT), date, category, investment kind, works type, investor type and name, keywords and cubature; newest first.

- Two pay-per-event events: `project` and `project-with-investor`; `onlyNew` for scheduled feeds.
