## Changelog

### 0.1 — 2026-10-20

- Mark `stateKey` as `isSecret` (and drop schema default; secret fields cannot have defaults) so Actor quality Insights no longer flags SENSITIVE_PROPERTIES_WITHOUT_SECRET_FLAG.

- First version: reads developer price lists published on dane.gov.pl (CSV, XLSX, XLS, ODS, JSON, XML),
one record per apartment or house, with `offers` and `priceChanges` modes.

- Filters: voivodeship, city or municipality, developer name, property type, availability, only new lists.

- Per-file report (`RESOURCE_REPORT`) and run summary (`SUMMARY`) in the key-value store.

- Pay per event: `offer`, `price-change`.
