## Changelog

### 0.1 – 2026-10-20

- Mark `stateKey` as `isSecret` (and drop schema default; secret fields cannot have defaults) so Actor quality Insights no longer flags SENSITIVE_PROPERTIES_WITHOUT_SECRET_FLAG.

- Search Baza Konkurencyjności announcements by publication date, status, CPV, region, category, contracting entity and deadline.

- Optional details per announcement; personal data removed; attribution fields on every row.

- Splits date windows to stay under the portal's 10,000-result limit.

- Pay per event: `announcement`, `announcement-with-details`; `onlyNew` monitoring mode.
