- Mark `stateKey` as `isSecret` (and drop schema default; secret fields cannot have defaults) so Actor quality Insights no longer flags SENSITIVE_PROPERTIES_WITHOUT_SECRET_FLAG.

- `eipaToken` is optional: without it the run uses the Actor's shared demo account (secret `EIPA_READER_TOKEN`), so the default input works; a refusal there asks for an own token.

- A refused or failing cache store no longer stops the run (seen on the platform as "Insufficient permissions for the key-value store").

- First version: public EV charging, CNG/LNG and hydrogen stations from the EIPA register (UDT), one item per station with operator, site, points, connectors, power, live status and ad-hoc prices.

- Users bring their own free EIPA reader token (secret input). Five static downloads and one live download per run; the privacy-scrubbed static register is cached in the user's account for `staticCacheHours` (default 6) to stay under EIPA's 10 static downloads an hour.

- Filters: voivodeship, city, commune, station type, operator, connector type, minimum power, free point now, free charging.

- Privacy by design: operators that may be natural persons (sole traders, partnerships of people, names without a legal form) are never named; their stations are anonymised at commune level or skipped. Personal-looking e-mails withheld, phones, e-mails and names removed from free text, photos never read.

- Pay per event: `station` and `anonymized-station`. "Only new or changed" mode, resumable runs that never charge a station twice.
