- Mark `stateKey` as `isSecret` (and drop schema default; secret fields cannot have defaults) so Actor quality Insights no longer flags SENSITIVE_PROPERTIES_WITHOUT_SECRET_FLAG.

- Default input reads Mazowieckie only (`voivodeships: ["14"]`), so the default run finishes in about a minute even when CEPiK throttles; an empty list still means all of Poland. On 2026-10-22 a cold default run over all 17 voivodeships timed out after 5 minutes while CEPiK throttled Apify's addresses.

- CEPiK 429 answers are retried after the wait they name ("zaczekaj 60s"), and after at least 5 s for "maximum number of parallel connections".

- First version: monthly registration counts from api.cepik.gov.pl for Poland, selected voivodeships or each voivodeship, grouped by make, model, fuel, powertrain, vehicle type, origin, condition, production year or county.
- Totals are cross-checked (two agreeing reads) and every page must match them; spurious 404, 429 and cut-off bodies are retried.
- Pay per event: `statistics-row`.
- Per-account cache of fetched counts (`cacheTtlHours`), "only new or changed rows" mode, resumable runs that never charge a row twice.
