## New Business Filings Monitor — Official State Registries

Get **every new business registered in Colorado, Connecticut, and New York**, straight from the official Secretary of State / Department of State open-data feeds — normalized, deduplicated, and lead-ready.

New businesses are the highest-intent B2B leads that exist: within weeks of filing, they buy insurance, payroll, banking, bookkeeping, POS systems, websites, marketing, and office services. This actor gives you those leads **the day the state publishes them**, for a fraction of what lead brokers charge.

### Why this actor

- **Official sources only.** Data comes directly from state government open-data portals (data.colorado.gov, data.ct.gov, data.ny.gov) — no scraping of third-party sites, no stale resold lists.
- **Fresh.** State feeds update daily; run this on a daily or weekly schedule and get filings from the last 1–7 days.

All records are public business registrations published by state governments for exactly this purpose. The actor queries official open-data APIs politely (paged, rate-limited, identified). Records describe business entities, not consumers.
