## Bezrealitky Scraper — Czech Real Estate for Sale & Rent

Get property listings from **bezrealitky.cz**, the Czech owner-to-owner property portal (listings without agencies): flats, houses, land, cottages, garages, offices and commercial space, for sale or for rent, in any region, city or Prague district. Each listing comes with price, original price and discount, layout (2+kk, 3+1…), floor area, address, GPS, tags, and — from the listing page — description, street and ZIP, floor, condition, ownership, construction, energy class (PENB), service and utility charges, deposit, amenities (balcony, lift, cellar, parking…), posting date and all photos. Pay only per listing returned.

No browser: data is read from the listing pages the site publishes for search engines, so the Actor is fast (25 listings with full details in about 15 seconds on the platform).

Photos stay hosted on bezrealitky.cz; check their terms before republishing them.
