## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Panoramafirm.pl Scraper

Get Polish company listings from **panoramafirm.pl** (one of Poland's largest business directories, by Wenet) as a clean table: company name, address, phone, e-mail, website, social links, rating, category and description. Search by trade and city, export to Excel/CSV/JSON, feed your CRM or an AI agent. Pay only per company returned.

No browser, no login: listings are read from the directory's public pages (structured JSON-LD data), so the Actor is fast, cheap on platform usage and resilient to layout changes.

### Use cases

- **B2B lead lists** — every plumber, accountant, dentist or car service in a city with phone, e-mail and website.
- **Local SEO / agency prospecting** — companies without a website or with a low rating are the ones to call.
- **Market mapping** — count competitors per trade and city, compare ratings.
- **Data enrichment** — match your customer list against the directory by name + city.
- Feed fresh Polish business data to an AI agent via the Apify MCP server.

### Pricing

Pay per event: **$0.003 per company**. No company, no charge. Set **Max companies** to cap the cost of a run. Free-plan users can run it within their free credits.

### Input

| Field | Meaning | Default |
|---|---|---|
| What are you looking for | trade, service or company name, e.g. `hydraulik`, `biuro rachunkowe` | hydraulik |
| Location | city or town, empty = all of Poland | Kraków |
| Start URLs (advanced) | any panoramafirm.pl search or category URL, overrides the fields above | — |
| Max companies | stop after N companies (= cost cap) | 100 |
| Open company pages | adds website, category, voivodeship, description | on |
| Proxy | Apify Proxy settings | Apify datacenter |

Note: like the website itself, a city search may include a few companies from nearby towns that serve that city. Filter by `city` if you need an exact match.

### Output fields

`url`, `name`, `street`, `city`, `postalCode`, `address`, `voivodeship`, `phone` (E.164), `email`, `website`, `socialLinks`, `rating`, `reviewCount`, `category`, `description`, `image`, `scrapedAt`.

### Limits and fair use

Only publicly visible business pages are read, with polite rate limits. No login, no personal data beyond what the directory publishes about businesses, no bypass of access controls. Respect panoramafirm.pl's terms when reusing the data.

### Problems?

Open an issue on the **Issues** tab — median response time is under 6 hours. Include the run ID.

# Actor input Schema

## `query` (type: `string`):

Trade, service or company name as on panoramafirm.pl, e.g. `hydraulik`, `biuro rachunkowe`, `stomatolog`, `mechanik samochodowy`. Ignored when Start URLs are given.

## `location` (type: `string`):

City or town, e.g. `Kraków`, `Warszawa`, `Gdańsk`. Leave empty for all of Poland.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Any panoramafirm.pl search or category URL, e.g. `https://panoramafirm.pl/hydraulik/krakow`. Overrides query + location.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many companies. One company = one charged event, so this is your cost cap. The form prefills 25 for a quick first run; raise it for production.

## `followDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Visit each company's page to add website, category, voivodeship and description. Slower, same price per company.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Apify datacenter proxies are sufficient.
