**Use case:** 

Watches TED (all of Europe) and France's BOAMP for freshly published software tenders: buyer, value in euros, deadline and direct links to the notices. Run it on a daily schedule with a monitor name and a Telegram, Slack or webhook target: each run returns only the tenders you have not seen yet. Adjust the keywords, the countries and the CPV codes to your own market.
