## Pricing

from $0.35 / 1,000 event or organizers

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Eventbrite Scraper: Events, Ticket Prices & Organizer Leads

**Get Eventbrite events as clean data for any city or online: date, venue, ticket prices, sold-out status and the organizer with its website and followers.** Type a keyword and a city, pick a category, a price and dates, or paste any Eventbrite search URL. No browser, no login.

- 🔎 **Search your way**: keyword + city (`"networking"` in `"London"`), a whole city (all events this weekend in Berlin), online events, or any Eventbrite search URL with its filters.
- 🎟️ **Ticket prices on every event**: lowest and highest ticket price, currency, free or paid, sold out, sales status and end of sales.
- 🧑‍💼 **Organizer leads**: organizer name, Eventbrite page, **website**, followers, Twitter and Facebook; or switch to one row per organizer to build a list of active event organizers in a city or a niche.
- 📊 **Free summary per search**: total on Eventbrite, share of free and sold-out events, median ticket price, busiest weekdays, top categories, organizers, venues and neighbourhoods.
- 🔔 **New event alerts**: schedule it with a monitor name and get only the new events on Telegram, Discord, Slack or a webhook.

### ✨ Why this Actor

| | |
|---|---|
| 🎟️ **Prices without opening each event** | Ticket prices, sold-out status and the organizer come from Eventbrite's own event API, 50 events per request: a 50-event search took 22 seconds. |
| 🧑‍💼 **Organizers with their website** | Real run, 26 Oct 2026: "tech" in Berlin gave **71 organizers, 54 of them with a website**, each with its followers, number of events, next event, cities and categories. |
| 🗂️ **Eventbrite's own filters** | Category (21), free or paid, today, tomorrow, this weekend, this week, next week, this month, next month, or exact start and end dates: applied by Eventbrite, so you only pay for matching events. |
| 🌍 **Any city, any country** | About 100 cities are recognized by name (London, Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Amsterdam, Dublin, Toronto, Sydney…), any other with its country (`"Bath, gb"`), US cities with their state (`"Austin, TX"`), or `"online"`. |
| 🔗 **Paste any URL** | An Eventbrite search URL from any Eventbrite site (.com, .co.uk, .de, .fr…) keeps all its filters; event URLs (`/e/…`) are followed one by one, with a free row when an event is gone. |
| 💸 **Fair price** | **$0.50 per 1,000 events** + $0.003 per run. Summaries are free; filtered-out events are not charged. |

### 🎯 Use cases

- **Sales and partnerships**: event organizers in your city or niche, with their website, to sell venues, catering, ticketing, sponsorship or software.
- **Event discovery apps and newsletters**: what's on this weekend, free events, online classes, with dates, venues and prices.
- **Market research**: how many events, how many free, typical ticket prices and busiest weekdays per city and category.
- **Competitor watch**: new events from other organizers in your category, the day they are published.

Dataset views: **Events**, **Organizers** and **Tickets & sales**. Export as JSON, CSV, Excel or XML.

### 💰 Pricing

| Event | Price |
|---|---|
| Run start | $0.003 |
| Event (or organizer in organizer mode) | $0.0005 (**$0.50 per 1,000**) |
| Summary rows, event URLs no longer online | free |

A monitoring run that finds nothing new costs only the run start. Apify subscribers get 10 to 30% off.

### ❓ FAQ

**How many events can I get?** Eventbrite shows up to 980 events per search (49 pages of 20). For more, split by dates, category or price: each search has its own 980.

**My city is not found.** When Eventbrite does not know a city, it shows the whole country; the run says so in its final message. Add the country (`"Bath, gb"`) or paste the URL of the search from Eventbrite.

**Why is `isFree` false when `minPrice` is 0?** The event has a free ticket and paid ones (`hasFreeTickets: true`). `isFree` is true only when every ticket is free.

**Do you collect personal data?** Only what organizers publish on Eventbrite for their events: event, venue and organizer page, with the website and social pages they list. No attendee data, no emails. You are responsible for how you use the data under the GDPR and Eventbrite's terms.

### 🔌 API, AI agents and integrations

- **API**: one call runs the Actor and returns the results, `POST https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/euroscrape~eventbrite-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items` (see the API tab for Python, JavaScript and cURL).
- **AI agents (MCP)**: add `https://mcp.apify.com?tools=euroscrape/eventbrite-scraper` to Claude, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP client, and the Actor becomes a tool your agent can call.
- **No-code automation**: start runs and pass the results on with Apify's integrations for n8n, Make and Zapier, or with a webhook when a run ends.
- **Exports**: every result set downloads as JSON, CSV, Excel or XML, and can be sent to Google Sheets.
