# Monitor your partners' VAT numbers and catch invalid ones

**Use case:** 

Give it the VAT numbers of your customers and suppliers and a monitor name, and schedule it monthly: each run checks every number against VIES, the European Commission's registry, and flags the ones that became invalid (or valid again) since the previous run, with an optional alert on Telegram, Slack or a webhook. Member-state outages are never billed. The list can also be read from a CSV by URL.
