## Pricing

from $16.00 / 1,000 channel with emails

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## YouTube Channel Email Finder – Creator Emails, Socials & Stats

![YouTube Channel Email Finder](https://api.apify.com/v2/key-value-stores/zJcuVPqbUFf5yLBhI/records/banner-youtube-channel-email-finder)

Find **YouTube creators in any niche** and get their **contact emails** – not just from the channel description, but also from the **creator's own website, contact pages and link-in-bio pages** (Linktree, Beacons, Stan, …), where most creators actually list their business email. You also get **Instagram, TikTok, X and other socials**, subscribers, views, country and more.

**You only pay for channels that have an email** (with the default setting). No YouTube API key, no login.

### Why this email finder?

- ⚡ **Real-time results** – every run checks channels live. No 24–48 hour queues, no stale cached emails.
- 🌐 **Finds emails others miss** – most creators put their business email on their website, Linktree or contact page, not in the YouTube description. This tool checks all of them.
- 💸 **Pay only for channels with an email** – channels without one are skipped and never charged.
- 🚫 **No hidden caps** – no "free users get 3 channels" limits. Your plan's budget is the only limit.
- ✅ **Confidence score per email** and platform addresses (booking tools, shop builders) filtered out, so your outreach list stays clean.
- 🔗 **Every row says where it came from** (`foundVia`) so you can match results to your input.

### Who is it for?

- 🤝 **Influencer marketing & brand deals** – build outreach lists of creators in your niche, filtered by size and country.
- 🎙️ **Podcast & guest booking** – find experts with channels and contact them.
- 🛠️ **Agencies & SaaS** – sell editing, thumbnails, sponsorships, tools or services to creators.
- 📊 **Market research** – map the creators in a niche with subscribers, views and countries.

### How it works

1. Enter **keywords** (e.g. `home workout`, `vegan recipes`, `crypto trading`) – or a list of **channel URLs**.
2. Optionally filter by **subscriber range**, **country** and words the channel **must mention**.
3. For every channel, the finder reads the About page and collects emails from:
   - the channel description (highest confidence),
   - the creator's website – home page plus contact/about/business pages,
   - link-in-bio pages (Linktree, Beacons, Stan, Carrd, …) and the sites they link to,
   - including obfuscated (`name [at] site [dot] com`) and Cloudflare-protected addresses.
4. Every email gets a **confidence** score, and emails that belong to platforms (booking tools, shop builders, newsletter tools) are thrown out.

### Channel stats included

Subscribers, total views, video count, **average views per video** (`averageViewsPerVideo` – a better size signal than subscribers), country and join date.

### Input example

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["home workout", "vegan recipes"],
  "maxChannelsPerQuery": 100,
  "minSubscribers": 5000,
  "maxSubscribers": 500000,
  "countries": ["United States", "United Kingdom"],
  "onlyWithEmail": true
}
```

### Output example

```json
{
  "channelName": "Crypto Casey",
  "channelId": "UCi7RBPfTtRkVchV6qO8PUzg",
  "channelUrl": "https://www.youtube.com/@CryptoCasey",
  "primaryEmail": "casey@cryptocasey.com",
  "primaryEmailConfidence": "high",
  "emails": ["casey@cryptocasey.com"],
  "emailSources": [{ "email": "casey@cryptocasey.com", "source": "https://cryptocasey.com/contact", "confidence": "high" }],
  "otherEmails": [],
  "subscribers": 676000,
  "totalViews": 41000000,
  "videoCount": 420,
  "country": "United States",
  "joinedDate": "Jan 4, 2018",
  "website": "https://cryptocasey.com",
  "instagramUrl": "https://www.instagram.com/cryptocasey",
  "twitterUrl": "https://x.com/CryptoCasey",
  "tiktokUrl": null,
  "hasBusinessEmailButton": true,
  "description": "…",
  "links": [{ "title": "Website", "url": "https://cryptocasey.com" }],
  "foundVia": "search: crypto trading"
}
```

**Confidence:** `high` = in the channel description or on the creator's own domain · `medium` = a personal mailbox (Gmail, Outlook…) on the creator's site · `low` = other addresses found on linked pages – listed in `otherEmails`, never counted as "found".

`hasBusinessEmailButton` tells you the creator also set a business email in YouTube's own "View email address" button (that one is only visible to logged-in users, so it isn't scraped).

### Pricing

A small fee per saved channel plus a fee per channel with an email – see the **Pricing** tab. With **Only channels with an email** on (default), channels without an email are skipped and not charged. Set **Maximum cost per run** to cap spending.

### Tips

- **Micro-influencers reply more:** try `maxSubscribers: 100000`.
- **Find channels via → Recent videos** returns creators who are posting right now (active channels).
- Several specific keywords beat one broad keyword (`kettlebell workout`, `pilates at home` instead of `fitness`).

### FAQ

**Is it legal?** The tool collects contact information that creators publish themselves for business enquiries. You are responsible for using it in line with privacy and anti-spam laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) – e.g. send relevant, personalised business messages with an opt-out.

**Something missing or broken?** Open an issue in the **Issues** tab – I usually reply within a day.
