## Otodom Scraper - Poland property listings

Scrape **Otodom.pl**, Poland's largest property portal: flats, houses, rooms, plots, commercial premises, warehouses, garages and new developments, for sale or for rent. Search by city or region, price, area, rooms, market (primary / secondary) and seller type, or paste any Otodom search URL. No login, no cookies, no API key.

### What you get

- Price, price per m², monthly fee, area, plot area, rooms, floor
- City, district, neighbourhood, voivodeship, street (agency listings)
- Seller type (agency / developer / private), agency name and profile URL
- Created / updated dates, photos, video and 3D tour links
- Optional **full details**: description, all photos, exact coordinates (agency listings), building floors, market, attributes (heating, year built, extras...), floor plans, agency address and phone

Private sellers are protected: no name, no phone, no street, contacts in the description are masked and coordinates are rounded to about 1 km. Agent names are never returned; agency data is business data.

### FAQ

**How many listings can I get?** There is no page cap: the Actor walks the whole result set (hundreds of thousands of listings for the whole country). Use `maxItems` to control cost.

**Does it need a proxy?** Apify Proxy is on by default. If Otodom blocks datacenter IPs the Actor switches to residential Polish IPs automatically and reports it in the run summary.

**How fast is it?** Roughly 70 listings per second of request time without details; with details expect about 100 listings per minute (polite rate limit).

**What is excluded?** Names, phone numbers and street addresses of private individuals, and the names of individual agents.
