### What does Fotocasa Scraper do?

**Fotocasa Scraper** extracts property listings from [Fotocasa.es](https://www.fotocasa.es), one of Spain's biggest real estate portals. Search homes, commercial premises, offices, land and garages, for sale or for rent, across any province or city. You get **prices, addresses, coordinates, photos and agency phone numbers** as clean data you can download or send to your own tools.

It also has an **agency leads mode**: one row per real-estate agency, with its phone, how many listings it has and its price range. That makes it a quick way to build a Spanish estate agent list.

Running it on Apify gives you an API, scheduling, integrations and monitoring, with no setup and no proxy to manage.

#### Can I get a phone number for every listing?

No. Phone numbers are included for agencies when Fotocasa shows them. Private sellers' contact details are left out on purpose, because they are personal data. Rentals show fewer phone numbers than sales.

#### Is it legal to scrape Fotocasa?

This Actor only reads publicly visible pages. You are responsible for how you use the data, including data protection law such as GDPR when you contact businesses, and for checking the site's terms. If in doubt, ask a lawyer.
