## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Normaradar – Spain Business Compliance Obligations

Tell it what a Spanish business looks like and it returns **which legal obligations apply today, which ones are coming and which depend on regulation still being approved** — each with deadline, frequency, the law that requires it and a link to the official source.

Built for AI agents, accounting and HR software, and anyone who needs a reliable compliance checklist for Spain without reading the BOE.

### What it covers

83 obligations across seven areas, verified on 30 October 2026 against official sources (BOE, Spanish Tax Agency, Social Security, EUR-Lex):

| Area (`scope`) | Examples |
| --- | --- |
| `fiscal` | VAT returns (303, 390), income tax prepayments (130, 131), corporate tax (200, 202), withholdings (111, 115, 123), 347, 349, OSS 369, Verifactu, mandatory B2B e-invoicing |
| `mercantil` | Annual accounts, legalisation of books, beneficial ownership, audit thresholds, single-shareholder rules |
| `laboral` | Social Security, time recording, pay register, equality plan, harassment protocols, whistleblowing channel, occupational risk prevention, written contract information (RD 723/2026) |
| `datos` | GDPR records, data subject rights, breach notification, risk analysis, CCTV |
| `web_consumo` | Legal notice, cookies, distance selling, accessibility, complaint forms, customer service law (Ley 10/2025), email marketing |
| `digital` | AI Act transparency (art. 50), Cyber Resilience Act, Data Act |
| `producto` | Packaging (PPWR), deforestation (EUDR) |

Every obligation carries a verification verdict (`verificado`, `verificado_parcial`, `corregido`) and, on request, the quotes and URLs used to verify it.

### How to use it

**1. Discover the profile fields (free):**

```json
{ "mode": "describe" }
```

**2. Query one or more profiles (one billable event per profile):**

```json
{
  "profiles": [
    {
      "nombre": "Online coffee shop",
      "forma_juridica": "sociedad",
      "empleados": 4,
      "facturacion": 600000,
      "vende_a_consumidores": true,
      "vende_online": true,
      "tiene_web": true,
      "alquila_local": true,
      "pone_envases_en_mercado": true,
      "comercia_materias_eudr": true
    }
  ],
  "date": "2026-10-30",
  "scopes": ["fiscal", "laboral"],
  "include_evidence": false
}
```

Missing yes/no fields default to `false`; unknown fields are rejected so typos never silently change the result.

### Use it from AI agents (MCP)

Normaradar is available as an MCP tool through Apify's MCP server. Add it to Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP client that supports remote servers:

```json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "normaradar": {
      "url": "https://mcp.apify.com/?tools=fernando.eurymar/normaradar"
    }
  }
}
```

On first connection your client opens the browser to sign in to Apify (OAuth). Clients without OAuth can send the header `Authorization: Bearer <APIFY_TOKEN>` instead. Queries are billed per profile to your Apify account.

Also listed in the official MCP Registry as `io.github.fergonsan/normaradar`.

### Output

One dataset item per profile:

```json
{
  "type": "result",
  "nombre": "Online coffee shop",
  "perfil": { "...": "normalised profile, including derived EU size class 'tamano_ue'" },
  "fecha_consulta": "2026-10-30",
  "totales": { "vigentes": 36, "proximas": 3, "pendientes": 2 },
  "vigentes":   [ { "id": "fis-iva-303", "titulo": "...", "plazo": "...", "norma": "...", "fuente_url": "https://www.boe.es/..." } ],
  "proximas":   [ { "id": "fis-verifactu-sociedades", "fecha_aplicacion": "2027-01-01", "...": "..." } ],
  "pendientes": [ { "id": "lab-registro-jornada-digital", "estado": "pendiente_norma", "...": "..." } ]
}
```

Invalid profiles produce an item with `"type": "error"` and are not charged.

### Pricing

Pay per event: you pay only for each profile answered. `describe` and invalid profiles are free.

### Limitations

- General obligations only. Sector-specific licences and collective agreements are not covered yet.
- Some thresholds use turnover as a proxy (for example, "volume of operations" for VAT); notes in each obligation explain it.
- Regional rules (complaint forms) link to the official index rather than each region's text.
- Informational content with official sources. **Not legal or tax advice.**

### Updates

The data is reviewed against official sources and new regulation is tracked continuously; each response includes the dataset version (`version_base`).

# Actor input Schema

## `mode` (type: `string`):

Use 'describe' first to get the list of profile fields and their meaning. 'query' returns the obligations for each profile.

## `profiles` (type: `array`):

List of company profiles (max 50). Each profile is an object with fields such as forma_juridica ('autonomo' | 'sociedad'), empleados, facturacion and yes/no flags (vende_online, tiene_web, alquila_local…). Run mode 'describe' for the full list. Unknown fields are rejected; missing flags default to false. Optional 'nombre' to label the result.

## `date` (type: `string`):

YYYY-MM-DD. Obligations are classified as in force, upcoming or pending regulation at this date. Defaults to today.

## `scopes` (type: `array`):

Optional filter. Any of: fiscal, mercantil, laboral, datos, web_consumo, digital, producto.

## `include_evidence` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the quotes and URLs used to verify each obligation against official sources.
