## Pricing

from $0.45 / 1,000 reviews

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Walmart Reviews Scraper

Export public product reviews from Walmart US and Walmart Canada to CSV, JSON, Excel, or API-ready datasets. Built for recurring sentiment monitoring, product-quality research, seller intelligence, and competitor comparison.

### Buyer workflows

- Monitor the newest reviews for a known product.
- Analyze Canadian product feedback and aggregate ratings.
- Investigate one-star complaints with rating and newest-first filters.

### Input

Supply specific `productUrls`, numeric `productIds`, or both. Select `country` (`US` or `CA`), `maxReviewsPerProduct`, `sort`, optional 1–5 `rating`, and `includeReviewMedia`. URL markets must match `country`; malformed and cross-market inputs fail before scraping.

```json
{"productUrls":["https://www.walmart.com/ip/771934678"],"country":"US","maxReviewsPerProduct":100,"sort":"newest","includeReviewMedia":true}
```

### Output

Each row represents one public review with product identity and provenance, rating, title, text, date, public reviewer display fields, purchase-verification/helpfulness signals, optional media URLs, and available product rating aggregates. Missing upstream fields are omitted. Products with no public reviews emit no fabricated placeholder rows; `RUN_STATS` reports empty and blocked products truthfully.

### Pricing

The Actor charges one start event per run and one review event for each public review produced. Limits directly bound runtime and spend. See the live [Pricing tab](https://apify.com/fetch_cat/walmart-reviews-scraper/pricing) for current rates.

### API and MCP

Run the Actor from Apify Console, API, schedules, integrations, or MCP. Send the same JSON input to the Actor run endpoint and read rows from the default dataset. Use webhooks or schedules for recurring monitoring.

### Input recipes

Copy a recipe into the Actor input editor and replace the product URL when needed.

#### Monitor latest Walmart US reviews

```json
{"productUrls":["https://www.walmart.com/ip/771934678"],"country":"US","maxReviewsPerProduct":100,"sort":"newest","includeReviewMedia":true}
```

#### Analyze Walmart Canada product reviews

```json
{"productUrls":["https://www.walmart.ca/ip/6000206618756"],"country":"CA","maxReviewsPerProduct":250,"sort":"relevant","includeReviewMedia":true}
```

#### Investigate low-star Walmart feedback

```json
{"productUrls":["https://www.walmart.com/ip/771934678"],"country":"US","maxReviewsPerProduct":100,"sort":"newest","rating":1,"includeReviewMedia":true}
```

### Privacy and support

The Actor uses anonymous public Walmart surfaces only. It does not access accounts, orders, private reviewer data, or reviewer profiles. Walmart may challenge anonymous traffic; blocked products are reported instead of being mislabeled as products with no reviews. For support, open an issue on the Actor page with the public product URL, market, and run ID; never include credentials or private customer information.
