## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Poland KRS Company Check

Pull the official current extract (odpis aktualny) from Poland's National Court Register for any KRS number, normalised to English field names.

**Use it for:** KYB, supplier onboarding, checking who may legally sign for a Polish company, credit/AML files. **Not for** lead lists.

#### Input

```json
{ "krsNumbers": ["0000019193"], "register": "P", "fullExtract": false, "includePersons": false }
```

register: P = businesses, S = associations. Name search is not offered by the official API; you need the KRS number.

#### Output

krs, nip, regon, legalName, legalForm, status, registeredAddress, shareCapital, registrationDate, representationRule, persons\[] (board/proxies, if includePersons), lastEntryDate, source, retrievedAt.

#### Pricing

First 25 results free per account, then $0.03 per company returned. Not-found is free.

#### Data source

Data from the Otwarte API KRS of the Polish Ministry of Justice (https://prs.ms.gov.pl/krs/openApi), made available for re-use under Art. 4b(2) of the KRS Act and the Act of 11 August 2021 on open data and re-use of public sector information.

### Data protection (GDPR)

Some records include names of directors, board members or shareholders. These are personal data under GDPR. Use them only for a lawful purpose such as KYB, AML/KYC, supplier due diligence or credit checks, not for marketing lists or unsolicited outreach. You are the controller for what you do with the output. Set `includePersons: false` to drop personal names entirely.

### Disclaimer

Data is returned as published by the official source at query time, without warranty. Not legal advice. Fieldnote Agents is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Polish Ministry of Justice or the National Court Register.
