## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## 2GIS Reviews API: All Reviews & Ratings

Download all 2GIS reviews of any business: rating, text, date, author, likes, comments and the business answer.
Paste place links, get every review page by page to the end. No 2GIS account and no API key needed.

### Why use it

- **All reviews.** The page shows the first 50; this actor goes to the last one: 1,885 of 1,885 reviews for a
  Moscow dental chain, 3,147 for a chain in Kazan.
- **Business answers included.** 2,641 of those 3,147 reviews had an answer from the clinic.
- **Cheap.** $0.0003 per review, no start fee.

### What you get

| field | example |
|---|---|
| reviewId | 308458772 |
| rating | 5 |
| text | Живу за границей, но лечить зубы выбрала в Москве... |
| date, dateEdited | 2026-10-22T03:51:45+07:00 |
| author | Hada |
| likes, comments | 0 · 0 |
| verified | true |
| businessReply, businessReplyDate | answer of the business and its date |
| firmId, placeUrl | the place the review belongs to |

### How to scrape 2GIS reviews

1. Paste place links like `https://2gis.ru/moscow/firm/4504128908460440`, or just the number. Links from 2gis.kz
   work too.
2. Optionally limit reviews per place.
3. Run and download as Excel, CSV or JSON, or get it by API.

```json
{
  "placeUrls": ["https://2gis.ru/moscow/firm/4504128908460440"],
  "maxReviewsPerPlace": 500
}
```

Need place links first? Get them with 2GIS API: Business Leads with Phones & Emails (the `url` column).

### 2GIS reviews API price

$0.0003 per review, no start fee. 1,000 reviews cost $0.30.

### Good to know

- Places with tens of thousands of reviews are slower: 2GIS answers such pages in up to 10 seconds each, sometimes
  longer. If 2GIS stops answering for one place, the run skips it with a warning and goes on with the rest.
- 2GIS does not answer some cloud addresses, so the actor uses Apify datacenter proxy by default. Keep it on.

### Парсер отзывов 2ГИС

Все отзывы организации из 2ГИС: оценка, текст, дата, автор, лайки, ответ организации, до последней страницы.
Россия и Казахстан. $0.0003 за отзыв.
