## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Yandex Reviews API: Maps Reviews Scraper

Download Yandex Maps reviews of any business: rating, text, date, author name and level, likes, dislikes and the
business reply. Paste place links, get a table of reviews. No Yandex account needed.

### Why use it

- **More than one sort order.** Yandex gives at most 600 reviews per sort order. This actor goes through four
  orders (newest, most relevant, lowest rated, highest rated) and removes repeats: 891 reviews for a clinic with
  1,578, about 1,800 for a restaurant with 20,500. Places with up to 600 reviews come in full.
- **Fast.** 891 reviews in about 40 seconds.
- **Cheap.** $0.0002 per review, no start fee.

### What you get

| field | example |
|---|---|
| reviewId | M_AqKjzaDQS4XFgFgPZz23HIiJEmMLq3 |
| rating | 5 |
| text | Посетила клинику первый раз два года назад... |
| date | 2025-06-07T10:55:01.126Z |
| author, authorLevel, authorUrl | Ольга · Знаток города 3 уровня · profile link |
| likes, dislikes | 0 · 0 |
| businessReply, businessReplyDate | Спасибо за вашу оценку · 2025-06-11T06:26:55.030Z |
| orgId, placeUrl | the place the review belongs to |

### How to scrape Yandex Maps reviews

1. Paste place links like `https://yandex.ru/maps/org/d_s_clinic/6647694168/`, or just the number.
2. Choose which reviews come first and how many per place.
3. Run and download as Excel, CSV or JSON, or get it by API.

```json
{
  "placeUrls": ["https://yandex.ru/maps/org/d_s_clinic/6647694168/"],
  "sort": "lowest",
  "maxReviewsPerPlace": 200
}
```

Need place links first? Get them with Yandex Maps API: Business Contacts & Places (the `url` column).

### How much does it cost?

$0.0002 per review, no start fee. 1,000 reviews cost $0.20.

### Good to know

- Yandex shows at most 600 reviews per sort order. Above that the actor collects what the four orders give together;
  for very popular places that is part of the reviews, not all.
- "Lowest rating first" is the quickest way to collect complaints.

### FAQ

**Is there a Yandex reviews API?** Not a public one for businesses you don't own. This actor works as one: send
place links, get JSON.

### Парсер отзывов Яндекс Карт

Выгрузка отзывов с Яндекс Карт: оценка, текст, дата, автор, лайки, ответ организации. До 600 на порядок сортировки,
до около 1800 по четырём. $0.0002 за отзыв.
