## Spain public holidays & business days (BOE)

Official **national and regional public holidays in Spain**, taken from the yearly resolution published in the BOE (Boletín Oficial del Estado), plus **business-day counts** between two dates for any autonomous community.

Built for payroll, HR and scheduling tools, deadline calculators and AI agents that need the official calendar instead of a guess.

Business days are Monday to Friday, minus national and regional holidays of that region. Both dates are included.

### Limits

- **Local holidays are not included**: each town hall sets two local holidays, published in provincial bulletins.
- Holidays that a community moves to another day are shown as published in the BOE resolution.
- New years are added when the BOE publishes the next calendar (usually in October).
