## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Allegro Product Data – Photos, Descriptions & Specs by EAN

Turn a list of **EAN codes** (or Allegro links) into **complete product content** for your e-shop, PIM or marketplace listings:

- title, brand, manufacturer code and category path,
- **full description** as HTML, plain text or both, plus description images,
- **all parameters** (brand, model, dimensions, colour, material…),
- **high-resolution photos**, as URLs or downloaded files,
- rating, number of reviews and rating distribution.

Works for Allegro.pl, .cz and .sk.

### Why

Writing descriptions and taking photos for thousands of SKUs takes weeks. Give the EANs from your supplier file and get ready-to-import product content, which you can then rewrite with AI.

### Input

```json
{ "eans": ["5702017584072", "195949036842"], "descriptionFormat": "both", "maxImages": 10, "downloadImages": true }
```

- **Product choice**: when several offers match one EAN, take the most relevant or the most popular one.
- **Download images**: photos are saved as files in the run's key-value store (`imageFiles` in the output).
- Turn off the description or the parameters if you don't need them.

### Output example

```json
{
  "ean": "5702017584072", "title": "LEGO 42173 Technic Szary hipersamochód Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut", "brand": "LEGO",
  "categoryPath": "Dziecko > Zabawki > Klocki > LEGO > Zestawy > Technic",
  "parameters": { "Stan": "Nowy", "Wiek dziecka": "10 lat +", "Liczba elementów": "801", "Numer produktu": "42173" },
  "images": ["https://a.allegroimg.com/original/..."], "descriptionHtml": "<p>...</p>", "description": "...",
  "productRating": 4.97, "productRatingsCount": 1668
}
```

### Pricing (pay per result)

| Event | Free | Starter | Scale | Business |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Product content resolved | $0.010 | $0.009 | $0.008 | **$0.007** |
| Image file downloaded | $0.0020 | $0.0018 | $0.0016 | **$0.0015** |
| EAN not found | $0.001 | $0.001 | $0.001 | $0.001 |

Image URLs are always included. You only pay for images when you choose to download the files.

### How to use

1. Click **Try for free** and open the **Input** tab.
2. Set your search parameters (or keep the prefilled example).
3. Click **Start** and wait for the run to finish – usually a few minutes.
4. Download results as **Excel, CSV, JSON or HTML**, or send them to Google Sheets, Make, Zapier or n8n.
5. Optional: add a **Schedule** to refresh the data automatically every day or week.

### Integrations & API

- **API**: start the Actor and fetch results via the [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2) – clients for Python and JavaScript, or plain HTTP.
- **No-code**: connect results to **Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, Slack, Airbyte** or any webhook.
- **AI agents**: call `liveclaude/allegro-description-photo-parameters` from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through the [Apify MCP server](https://mcp.apify.com).

### FAQ

**Is it legal?** The Actor collects only publicly available data. If results contain personal data, process it in line with GDPR and your local laws.

**How fast is it?** Hundreds of results per minute for listing data; full details take longer.

**Something missing or broken?** Open an issue in the **Issues** tab with your run ID – fixes usually ship within a day.
