## Changelog

### 0.2 — 2026-10

- **UK public tenders** (opt-in): new *Sources* input with `uk-find-a-tender` (Find a Tender, incl. Procurement Act 2023 notices) and `uk-contracts-finder` (Contracts Finder). Default stays `["ted"]`: existing inputs, schedules and watchlists behave exactly as before and make no UK requests.
- UK notices use the same output schema: ids `FTS-<notice id>` / `CF-<notice GUID>`, `source` `UK-FTS` / `UK-CF`, Open Government Licence attribution in every record. Contact points, street addresses and person data are never read; e-mails and phone numbers (incl. UK formats) in UK text are redacted.
- Keywords, CPV codes, notice types, buyer countries, published-within and only-open-for-bids apply to UK sources too (filtered by the Actor; keywords match whole words, no stemming). *Advanced TED query* and *Title language* stay TED-only (a warning says so).
- Results from several sources are merged newest first, so *Max notices* is shared and one source can't crowd out the others.
- Contracts Finder versions of the same notice collapse to the newest. A notice published on both UK portals is recognised when the buyer's reference matches and the titles are similar; the second copy is then dropped before it is charged (Find a Tender copy preferred on the same day). Others may still appear twice.
- UK scans are bounded by a per-source page and time budget; when a budget or a UK rate limit stops a scan, SUMMARY shows `truncated` and the oldest date scanned. SUMMARY also lists per-source counts and pages scanned.
- With a UK source selected, `UK` is accepted for `GB` in *Buyer countries* (also for TED in that run). TED-only runs are unchanged.
- Monitoring memory for searches with UK sources is kept separately per source set; TED-only watchlists keep their memory.

### 0.1 — 2026-10

- First release: TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) search via the official v3 API, newest first.
- Filters: keywords (full text, any language), CPV codes (sub-categories included), buyer countries, notice types, published within N days, only open for bids, advanced TED expert query.
- `buyerCountries` lists every buyer's country (joint procurements have several; the country filter matches any of them).
- Estimated value falls back to the sum of all lot values; winners get a country only when TED's data pairs them unambiguously.
- `requestDeadline` for restricted and negotiated procedures; "only open for bids" keeps notices whose submission or request-to-participate deadline is still ahead.
- Monitoring mode returns only notices not returned before for the same search.
- Organisation-level data only; contact persons/emails/phones never requested; contacts in descriptions redacted.
- Polite to TED: request spacing and retry with backoff on rate limits.
