**SEC full-text search across all SEC filings by keyword — a SEC filing keyword monitor powered by the official SEC EDGAR full-text search API, returning every filing that mentions your term.**

Built for hedge funds, IR teams, compliance, and journalists who need to search all SEC filings for a keyword — a competitor's name, "data breach", "going concern", a product, a person — and get back a structured list of every matching filing. Schedule it and it becomes a SEC filing keyword monitor that surfaces new hits as companies file.

Data comes from the **official SEC EDGAR full-text search API** — **no API key required**. This actor runs SEC full-text search over **all filings**, then maps each hit to its company, form, filing date, CIK, accession number, and a constructed filing URL.
