## Pricing

from $0.01 / 1,000 events

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Eventbrite Events Scraper: Events, Ticket Prices & Organizers

Get **Eventbrite events by city, keyword and date**: name, date and time, venue and address, category, ticket price range, ticket availability, organizer and event page link. Online events too. **$2 per 1,000 events**, ticket prices and organizers included. No login, no cookies, no browser.

### Why this one

- **Type a city the way you say it.** `Austin, TX`, `London`, `Berlin, Germany` or `online`. No location codes to look up.
- **Ticket prices and organizers included.** Each event's price range, currency, whether tickets are on sale, and the organizer's name and Eventbrite page, at no extra charge.
- **Free events filter.** Keep only events that offer a free ticket.
- **Date range.** Only events between two dates, for example next weekend or next month.
- **Many searches in one run.** Several cities times several keywords, with duplicate events removed.

### What you can use it for

- **Event discovery and newsletters:** weekly lists of tech, startup, music or food events in your city.
- **Sales and partnerships:** find organizers who run events in your niche, for sponsorships, venues, catering or event software.
- **Market research:** track how many events, at what prices, by category and city.
- **Apps and AI agents:** fresh structured event data with coordinates for maps and recommendations.

### How to use it

1. Add **locations**, one per line: a city (`Austin, TX`, `London`, `Toronto`), or `online`.
2. Add **search terms**, like `tech`, `ai`, `startup`, `networking`, `music` or `food`. Leave empty for all events.
3. Optional: **From date** and **To date**, **Online events only**, **Free events only**.
4. Set **Max events per search** and **Max events**, run, and download as JSON, CSV or Excel, or use the API.

You can also paste Eventbrite search pages (eventbrite.com/d/...) under **Eventbrite search URLs**. Turn off **Include ticket price and organizer** for a faster list without prices.

### Pricing

**$2 per 1,000 events** saved, pay per result. You are never charged for events removed by your filters or anything beyond your Max events.

### Is it legal?

This actor reads only Eventbrite's public search pages and public event pages, which anyone can open without an account. It checks Eventbrite's robots.txt, does not log in, and never collects attendee lists or personal data. Organizer names are the public names organizers show on Eventbrite. This actor is not affiliated with Eventbrite.

### Integrations and API

Run it from the Apify API, schedule it, or connect it to Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable and AI agents through the Apify MCP server.

# Actor input Schema

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Cities to search, e.g. Austin, TX or London or Berlin, Germany. Use online for online events.

## `searchTerms` (type: `array`):

Keywords or categories, e.g. tech, ai, startup, networking, music, food. Each term is searched in each location. Leave empty for all events.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Optional. Paste Eventbrite search pages directly, e.g. https://www.eventbrite.com/d/ca--san-francisco/ai/

## `startDate` (type: `string`):

Only events on or after this date.

## `endDate` (type: `string`):

Only events on or before this date.

## `onlineOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Search Eventbrite's online events instead of the locations above.

## `freeOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only events that offer a free ticket. Reads each event page, so it is slower.

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Reads each event's public page for the ticket price range, ticket availability, organizer and event status. Slower. Turn off for a quick list.

## `maxEventsPerSearch` (type: `integer`):

For each location and search term. Eventbrite shows up to about 1,000 events per search.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after saving this many events in total. You pay only for events saved.
