- **Fixed posting dates.** `postedAt` was always empty — Lever's `createdAt` is an epoch-millisecond timestamp and the date parser didn't handle epoch numbers. It now resolves to a real ISO date, which is the core signal for hiring-intent scoring.
- **Every column now carries real data.** Fields Lever's API never provides (`city`, `countryName`, `seniority`, `updatedAt`) are no longer emitted. `department` and `salary` remain — Lever fills them where a company publishes a category or a salary range.
