- Per filing: issuer name, HQ address, phone, jurisdiction, year of incorporation, entity type, industry group, revenue range; the offering (total offered / sold / remaining, minimum investment, security types, first sale date, investor count); and the **related persons** (executives / directors with their relationship and title) plus the signer.
- Two modes: a date-range feed of new filings (default last 7 days) and a per-company lookup by CIK or name. Optional filters: issuer `state` and `minOfferingAmount`.
- Pure HTTP (EDGAR full-text search + each filing's primary_doc.xml); no browser, no proxy. Respects SEC fair-access (descriptive User-Agent, ~6 req/s). Indefinite/undisclosed amounts are returned as `null`, never faked.
