# Google Maps Leads Without Websites — Delta (`frankycheese/local-lead-delta`) Actor

Qualify Google Maps business leads without websites from rows you already own. Find missing, social-only, or free-builder website fields; emit only new or changed leads, and never charge unchanged replays.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Local Lead Delta Qualifier

Public marketplace actor for web-design and local-SEO agencies that already have Google Maps rows. It does **not** scrape Google Maps; it accepts up to 500 supplied rows, classifies each listing's supplied website field, and emits only first-seen or materially changed leads whose listing has no website, a social-only link, or a free-builder site.

### claim boundary

`website_status` describes the website field on the supplied Google Maps listing only. It does not prove that the business has no website elsewhere, that a website is dead, or that any contact detail is verified.

### controls

- hard cap: 500 rows
- deterministic place identity and material fingerprint
- named state store for replay suppression
- output/state/report persisted before charging
- durable settlement intent plus provider idempotency key
- ambiguous post-charge failures stop rather than risk another charge
- empty first runs and unchanged replays are not charged

The Actor is public on Apify at https://apify.com/frankycheese/local-lead-delta with pay-per-event pricing of `$0.10` per completed batch. Empty initial runs and unchanged replays are not charged.

### quick start

Paste rows from an existing Google Maps dataset. The actor does not perform another scrape.

```json
{
  "places": [
    {
      "placeId": "buyer-owned-stable-place-id",
      "title": "Example Bakery",
      "url": "https://www.google.com/maps/place/example",
      "website": "https://instagram.com/examplebakery"
    }
  ],
  "stateStoreName": "agency-client-territory"
}
```

Schedule the same input and state-store name. Route only returned rows to a CRM or review queue; a missing or social-only listing field is a research lead, not permission to contact the business or proof that no independent website exists.

# Actor input Schema

## `places` (type: `array`):

Up to 500 rows from a Google Maps Actor dataset. Each row needs a placeId or Google Maps source URL.

## `stateStoreName` (type: `string`):

Reuse the same name on scheduled runs to emit only new or materially changed qualified leads.

## `resetState` (type: `boolean`):

Deliberately discard the existing baseline for this named state store.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "places": [],
  "stateStoreName": "local-lead-delta-private-state",
  "resetState": false
}
```
