## Pricing

$0.10 / completed florida filing batch

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## New Entity Delta — Florida Daily Filings

Deterministic delta-qualification of new business formations from the Florida
Division of Corporations public SFTP feed.

### Source

- Host: `sftp.floridados.gov` (credentials published by the state)
- Path: `doc/cor/yyyymmddc.txt` — one file per workday, fixed-width 1440-char records
- Field layout per official [Corporate File Definitions](https://dos.sunbiz.org/data-definitions/cor.html)

### What it does

1. Fetches the latest single daily filing file.
2. Parses each record into a normalized entity dict.
3. Delta-qualifies against prior state (replay-safe, idempotent).
4. Scores each lead deterministically (filing type + data quality, no LLM).
5. Emits events to the dataset, settles via PAY_PER_EVENT.

### Lead scoring (0-100)

| Signal | Points |
|--------|--------|
| Domestic filing type (FLAL/DOMP/DOMNP/DOMLP) | +45 |
| Foreign filing type (FORP/FORL/etc.) | +15 |
| Valid 5-digit ZIP | +15 |
| Address present | +10 |
| City present | +5 |
| FEI number present | +10 |
| Non-profit penalty (DOMNP/FORNP/NPREG) | -20 |

### Input

- `days` (int, fixed at 1): process one daily file per batch; this keeps the per-batch price and provider cost bounded.
- `stateStoreName`: named KV store for delta state.
- `resetState`: discard prior baseline.

### Output

One dataset item per new or materially changed entity: corp_number, name, filing_type, address, city, zip, file_date, event_id, event_type, lead_score, is_domestic, claim_scope.

The Actor is public on Apify at https://apify.com/frankycheese/new-entity-delta with pay-per-event pricing of `$0.10` per completed batch that emits at least one event. Unchanged replays are not charged. Versioned state migrates the prior snapshot-based format without emitting false updates.

### quick start

```json
{
  "days": 1,
  "stateStoreName": "florida-daily-filings",
  "resetState": false
}
```

Run once per Florida workday with the same state-store name. Send returned rows to qualification—not directly to outreach. `lead_score` measures filing type and source-data completeness; it does not verify buying intent, contactability, or operational status.

Useful workflow: Apify schedule → this actor → dataset webhook → CRM staging table → human qualification. Unchanged source records disappear on replay and do not create another completed-batch charge.

# Actor input Schema

## `days` (type: `integer`):

Process the latest single daily filing file. Each completed batch is priced once.

## `stateStoreName` (type: `string`):

Reuse the same name on scheduled runs to suppress duplicate events on replay.

## `resetState` (type: `boolean`):

Deliberately discard the existing baseline for this named state store.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "days": 1,
  "stateStoreName": "new-entity-delta-private-state",
  "resetState": false
}
```

## `results` (type: `string`):
