## Pricing

Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## EU Public Tenders (TED) – Germany, Austria & all EU

New public procurement notices from **TED (Tenders Electronic Daily)**, the EU public procurement journal, as clean JSON. Covers Germany, Austria and every other country that publishes on TED. Filter by keyword and CPV code. **Delta mode** returns only notices you have not seen yet, so a daily schedule becomes a tender alert.

### Use cases

- Daily tender alerts for your industry (IT, construction, consulting, healthcare and more) in DE, AT or across the EU.
- Sales pipelines: push new matching tenders into your CRM, Slack or Google Sheets.
- Market research: who buys what, where and when.

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `countries` | Buyer countries as ISO codes (`DE`, `AT`, `FR`, `PL` …) or `EU` for all TED notices. Default: `DE`, `AT`. |
| `keywords` | Optional. Keep only notices matching at least one keyword (TED full-text search). |
| `cpvPrefixes` | Optional. CPV code prefixes, e.g. `72` (IT services) or `45` (construction work). |
| `publishedSinceDays` | Notices published in the last N days (default 3). |
| `mode` | `all` or `delta` (only new/changed since the last run with the same input). |
| `maxResults` | Max results (= charged events) per run. |

```json
{ "countries": ["DE", "AT"], "keywords": ["software"], "cpvPrefixes": ["72"], "publishedSinceDays": 3, "mode": "delta", "maxResults": 500 }
```

### Output (one item)

```json
{
  "id": "TED:681675-2026",
  "country": "DE",
  "portal": "ted.europa.eu",
  "title": "Germany – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Beratungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen für IPv6-Migrationen …",
  "contractingAuthority": "Bundesrepublik Deutschland, vertreten durch das Bundesministerium des Innern, vertreten durch das Beschaffungsamt des BMI",
  "publicationDate": "2026-10-05",
  "deadline": "2026-10-27",
  "procedureType": "open",
  "noticeType": "cn-standard",
  "cpvCodes": ["72000000", "72100000", "72260000"],
  "location": "DEA22",
  "region": "DEA22",
  "url": "https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/-/detail/681675-2026",
  "source": { "name": "TED – Tenders Electronic Daily (API v3)", "attribution": "Source: TED – Tenders Electronic Daily, © European Union, https://ted.europa.eu. …" },
  "fetchedAt": "2026-10-06T12:00:00.000Z"
}
```

Only organisation names are included, never contact persons, e-mails or phone numbers. `changeType` is present only in delta mode.

### Pricing

Pay per event: **USD 2.50 per 1,000 notices** (event `result`). In delta mode, notices you have already received are not charged again. Users on the Apify Free plan are limited to 50 results per run.

### Delta mode

With `"mode": "delta"`, the actor stores a fingerprint of every returned notice in your account's key-value store (one state per input, or per `deltaStateName`). The next run returns only new notices (`changeType: "new"`) or changed ones (`"changed"`).

### Coverage

TED publishes tenders above the EU thresholds (and many voluntary publications below them). Purely national below-threshold tenders, for example those published only on national portals, are not included.

### Data source, license, attribution

- Reuse: TED notices may be reused for commercial and non-commercial purposes with acknowledgement of the source (Commission Decision 2011/833/EU; https://ted.europa.eu/en/legal-notice).
- Attribution: **"Source: TED – Tenders Electronic Daily, © European Union"**. Keep it when you redistribute the data. The data is reformatted by this actor and is not an official publication. The authentic version is the one published on TED.

# Actor input Schema

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Optional. Keep only notices matching at least one keyword (TED full-text search).

## `countries` (type: `array`):

Buyer countries as ISO codes (e.g. DE, AT, FR, IT, PL) or "EU" for all notices published on TED. Default: DE, AT.

## `cpvPrefixes` (type: `array`):

Only for TED notices (EU / country codes): keep notices with at least one CPV code starting with one of these prefixes, e.g. 72 (IT services), 48 (software), 45 (construction).

## `publishedSinceDays` (type: `integer`):

Only notices published in the last N days. Germany is limited by the length of the RSS feed (about 1-2 days). For EU-wide TED runs keep this small (thousands of notices per day).

## `mode` (type: `string`):

'all' returns every record. 'delta' returns only records that are new or changed since the last run with the same input (state is kept in your account's key-value store).

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of results (= charged events) per run. Users on the Apify Free plan are limited to 50 results per run.

## `deltaStateName` (type: `string`):

Name for the delta state, e.g. "daily-monitor". Leave empty to derive it from the input. Use different names to run independent monitors.
