- Every establishment of the French FINESS register (pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, care homes, laboratories, health centres, social care...) from the daily open data file of the ANS on data.gouv.fr.
- Eighteen facility types in plain English plus exact FINESS category codes; open, closed or both; public, private non-profit or private for-profit; name search.
- Departments, cities (districts of Paris, Lyon and Marseille included), postal codes, or a radius around any address with the nearest first.
- One flat row per establishment with official category and legal status labels, GPS, E.164 phone, legal entity, dates and a map link.
- Shared daily cache: the first run after a new file reads it whole (2 to 3 minutes), later runs take a few seconds.
