## Pricing

from $1.32 / 1,000 job scrapeds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Career Site Jobs API — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday & more

Get **every open job** straight from company career sites — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee and Workable — in one clean, consistent JSON schema. No login, no cookies, no proxies.

![Career Site Jobs API — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday — input and sample output](https://datatools-hub.vercel.app/actor-shots/career-site-jobs-api.png)

### Quick start

1. **Fill in the input** — set the fields in the input tab (prefilled with a working example).
2. **Click Start** — the Actor runs and writes one record per item to the dataset.
3. **Get your data** — export to **JSON, CSV or Excel**, or pull it via the API.

### What you can do with it

- **Monitor hiring signals** — track which companies are growing which teams, in near real time.
- **Power a job board or aggregator** — pull thousands of fresh, structured listings across seven ATS platforms from one actor.
- **Feed AI agents & CRMs** — every field is normalised (camelCase, nulls never omitted, ISO 8601 dates), so an agent can call it with no scraping logic of its own.

### Example output

```json
{
  "ats": "greenhouse",
  "company": "Stripe",
  "jobId": "8138044",
  "title": "Account Executive, AI Sales",
  "department": null,
  "team": null,
  "location": "San Francisco, CA",
  "isRemote": null,
  "…": "…"
}
```

### Pricing

Pay-per-event: **$3 per 1,000 jobs** ($0.003 per delivered job). You are only charged for jobs actually delivered — unrecognised boards and failed fetches cost nothing.

### Supported ATS and how to point the actor at a company

Paste the career-site URL into **Career-site URLs** — the actor figures out the rest:

| ATS | Example URL |
|---|---|
| Greenhouse | `https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe` |
| Lever | `https://jobs.lever.co/palantir` |
| Ashby | `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp` |
| Workday | `https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite` |
| SmartRecruiters | `https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/Experian` |
| Recruitee | `https://vandebron.recruitee.com` |
| Workable | `https://apply.workable.com/huggingface` |

Or use **Company references** with explicit objects, e.g. `{"ats":"greenhouse","id":"stripe"}`. Workday needs `{"ats":"workday","tenant":"nvidia","host":"wd5","site":"NVIDIAExternalCareerSite"}`.

### Settings

- **Career-site URLs** — one per line; the ATS and company are detected automatically.
- **Company references** — explicit `{ats, id}` objects as an alternative to URLs.
- **Title keywords** — keep only jobs whose title contains one of these words.
- **Locations** — keep only jobs whose location contains one of these terms.
- **Posted within days** — only jobs posted within N days (0 = no filter).
- **Include description** — add `descriptionHtml`/`descriptionText`; on Workday and SmartRecruiters this costs one extra request per job, so turn it off to run faster and cheaper.
- **Max jobs per company** — cap the number of jobs per company.
- **Concurrency** — how many boards to process in parallel.

Free Apify accounts are capped at 25 jobs per run; upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited results.

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Career-page or job-board URLs, one per line. The actor recognises the ATS and company from each URL (e.g. https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe, https://jobs.lever.co/palantir, https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp, https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite, https://apply.workable.com/huggingface).

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Alternative to URLs: objects like {"ats":"greenhouse","id":"stripe"}. For Workday use {"ats":"workday","tenant":"nvidia","host":"wd5","site":"NVIDIAExternalCareerSite"} — Workday fetches one detail request per job, so a large board with descriptions on can take several minutes.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose title contains one of these words (case-insensitive). Leave empty for all jobs.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose location contains one of these terms (e.g. 'Remote', 'London', 'US'). Leave empty for all.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Only jobs posted within this many days. 0 = no date filter. (Jobs without a posting date are always kept.)

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Include descriptionHtml and descriptionText. On Workday and SmartRecruiters this adds one request per job, so turning it off is faster and cheaper.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Cap on delivered jobs per company. One pay-per-event charge per delivered job.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many company boards to process in parallel.
