## Pricing

from $2.00 / 1,000 company scrapeds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## LinkedIn Company Scraper - With Emails & Phones, No Login

Turn a list of **LinkedIn company URLs, company websites or company names** into clean LinkedIn company data - industry, company size, exact number of employees on LinkedIn, headquarters and full address, followers, founded year, specialties, similar companies - **plus the emails, phone numbers and social profiles published on the company's own website**.

No LinkedIn account, no cookies, no browser extension. You only pay for companies that were actually found.

### What you can paste

| Input | Example | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn company URL | `https://www.linkedin.com/company/stripe` | Scraped directly |
| LinkedIn slug | `apify` | Scraped directly |
| Company website | `hubspot.com` | We find the company's LinkedIn page (from the website's own link, or by its domain) and **verify** that the LinkedIn page points back to the same website |
| Company name | `Figma` | We look up the matching LinkedIn page and verify the name |

Websites and names are always verified. If we cannot be sure it is the same company, the row is marked `not-found` - you get no wrong company and no charge.

### Pricing

Pay per result, no subscription:

| Event | Free plan | Paid plans (from) |
|---|---|---|
| Company scraped | $4 per 1,000 | $2 per 1,000 |
| Contact found (at least one email or phone on the company website) | $8 per 1,000 | $4 per 1,000 |

Never charged: companies that were not found, rows blocked by LinkedIn, duplicate rows, companies without a contact (only the company event applies).

### FAQ

**How do I scrape LinkedIn company pages without logging in?**
Paste the company URLs and run. The Actor reads LinkedIn's public company pages - the same page anyone sees without an account. Your LinkedIn account is never used, so it cannot be restricted.

**Can I find a company's LinkedIn page from its website?**
Yes. Paste the domain (`stripe.com`). We follow the LinkedIn link on the website, or try the domain name on LinkedIn, and only accept the match when the LinkedIn page lists the same website. Companies that moved domains (for example notion.so to notion.com) are handled.

**How do I get emails and phone numbers for a list of companies?**
Keep "Find emails and phones on the company website" on. We visit up to 5 pages of the company's own site (home, contact, about...) and return published emails, phones in international format and social profiles. You are charged the contact event only when something was found.

**How many employees does a company have on LinkedIn?**
`employeesOnLinkedIn` is the exact number of people listing the company on LinkedIn; `companySize` is the size range the company selected.

**Why is a company "not-found"?**
The URL does not exist, the name matched a different company, or the website does not link to a LinkedIn page we could verify. Paste the LinkedIn company URL for those rows.

**What does "blocked" mean?**
LinkedIn refused the request several times in a row. Blocked rows are free. If you see many, switch the proxy to the RESIDENTIAL group.

**Can I use it via API, Make, Zapier or n8n?**
Yes - like every Apify Actor it can be called by API and integrated with Make, Zapier, n8n and Google Sheets. Results are available as JSON, CSV or Excel.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One company per line. Paste a LinkedIn company URL (linkedin.com/company/stripe), a LinkedIn slug (stripe), the company website (hubspot.com) or the company name (Figma). Websites and names are matched to their LinkedIn page and verified; anything that cannot be matched is marked as not found and never charged.

## `findContacts` (type: `boolean`):

Visits the company's own website (up to 5 pages) and returns the emails, phone numbers and social profiles published there. Charged only when at least one email or phone is found.

## `includePosts` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the company's latest LinkedIn posts (up to 10) with their text and link. No extra charge.

## `maxCompanies` (type: `integer`):

Upper limit on companies processed in this run. You are billed per delivered company, so this is also your cost ceiling.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Apify Proxy is used by default. If many companies come back as blocked, switch to the RESIDENTIAL proxy group.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "https://www.linkedin.com/company/stripe",
    "apify",
    "hubspot.com",
    "Figma"
  ],
  "findContacts": true,
  "includePosts": false,
  "maxCompanies": 100,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

One record per input row: LinkedIn company data (industry, size, employee count, headquarters, followers, founded, specialties, similar companies) plus the emails, phones and social profiles found on the company's own website. Rows that could not be matched are marked not-found or blocked and are never charged.

## `runSummary` (type: `string`):

Counts for the whole run: companies delivered, with a contact, not found, blocked and duplicates.
