## Pricing

from $3.50 / 1,000 website with contacts

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Contact Details Scraper - Emails, Phones, Socials

Turn a list of websites into a **lead list**: emails, phone numbers and social media profiles for every site, in one row per website. Export to CSV or Excel and import into your CRM.

- **Emails**: from page text, `mailto:` links and Cloudflare-protected addresses that other scrapers miss. Image file names and tracking addresses are filtered out.
- **Phone numbers**: from click-to-call links and schema.org business data, normalized to digits.
- **Social profiles**: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and GitHub. Share buttons are ignored, duplicates merged, and the company's own profiles listed first.
- **Finds the contact pages for you**: homepage plus the Contact, About, Team, Imprint/Impressum and Legal pages it links to (any language).
- **Fast**: hundreds of websites per minute, plain domains like `stripe.com` are fine.
- **Pay only for results**: websites with nothing found, or that are offline, cost nothing.

### Input example

```json
{
  "websites": ["stripe.com", "https://www.squarespace.com", "mailchimp.com"],
  "maxPagesPerWebsite": 6
}
```

### Output example

```json
{
  "input": "stripe.com",
  "url": "https://stripe.com",
  "domain": "stripe.com",
  "title": "Stripe | Financial Infrastructure to Grow Your Revenue",
  "emails": ["jane.diaz@stripe.com", "notices@stripe.com", "priority-support-in@stripe.com", "sales@stripe.com"],
  "phones": [],
  "linkedin": ["https://www.linkedin.com/company/stripe"],
  "facebook": ["https://www.facebook.com/StripeHQ"],
  "instagram": ["https://www.instagram.com/stripehq"],
  "twitter": ["https://www.twitter.com/stripe"],
  "youtube": ["https://www.youtube.com/@stripe", "https://www.youtube.com/@StripeDev"],
  "tiktok": [],
  "pinterest": [],
  "github": [],
  "pagesScraped": ["https://stripe.com", "https://stripe.com/contact/sales", "https://stripe.com/support-plans", "https://stripe.com/legal/ssa", "..."]
}
```

### Email domain check (optional)

Turn on `checkEmailDomains` to split the emails of each website into `emailsDomainOk` and `emailsDomainInvalid`. Each email's domain is checked for mail servers (DNS MX records), which catches typos, expired domains and placeholder addresses before they bounce. This confirms the domain accepts email, not that the individual mailbox exists.

### Tips

- **Got domains from Google Maps or a company list?** Paste them straight in, no `https://` needed.
- **Want every website in the output**, even the ones with no contacts? Turn on `includeSitesWithoutContacts` (those rows are charged too).
- **A site blocks you?** Enable the Apify proxy in the input.
- Only public information that websites publish themselves is collected. Make sure your use of it complies with privacy and anti-spam laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) where you operate.

### Pricing

**$5 per 1,000 websites with contacts found** ($0.005 per website), up to 6 pages scanned per site included. Websites with nothing found or offline are free.

Optional email domain check: **$1 per 1,000 emails checked**.

# Actor input Schema

## `websites` (type: `array`):

Website URLs or plain domains, one per line (e.g. stripe.com). Thousands per run are fine.

## `maxPagesPerWebsite` (type: `integer`):

Homepage plus the contact, about, team, imprint and legal pages it links to.

## `includeSitesWithoutContacts` (type: `boolean`):

Off: you pay only for websites where at least one email, phone or social profile was found.

## `checkEmailDomains` (type: `boolean`):

Splits emails into emailsDomainOk and emailsDomainInvalid by checking that each email's domain accepts mail (DNS MX record). Catches typos, dead domains and placeholder addresses. It does not confirm the mailbox itself exists. $1 per 1,000 emails checked.

## `proxy` (type: `object`):

Optional. Most websites work without a proxy.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "websites": [
    "stripe.com",
    "mailchimp.com",
    "ghost.org"
  ],
  "maxPagesPerWebsite": 6,
  "includeSitesWithoutContacts": false,
  "checkEmailDomains": false,
  "proxy": {
    "useApifyProxy": false
  }
}
```
