## Pricing

from $1.40 / 1,000 apps

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Google Play Store Scraper - Apps, Search & Developers

Get **Google Play app details** in bulk: by package ID or URL, by **search keyword**, by **developer**, or from any Play Store page that lists apps. Fast (about 20 apps per second), no login, no proxy, no browser.

- **Search keywords**: the apps Google ranks for "budget tracker", in order. Good for ASO and competitor research.
- **Developers**: every app from a publisher, by name (`Spotify AB`), numeric ID or URL.
- **Any list page**: category, collection or "similar apps" pages.
- **Multi-country**: scrape each app in several countries in one run (price, rating and availability differ).
- **Filters**: minimum installs, minimum rating, free apps only.
- **Developer contact data**: email, website, address and privacy policy, for lead generation.
- Bad or removed package IDs are logged and skipped, so one typo never fails the run.

### Input example

```json
{
  "searchTerms": ["budget tracker"],
  "apps": ["com.spotify.music", "https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duolingo"],
  "developers": ["Spotify AB"],
  "countries": ["us", "de"],
  "minInstalls": 100000
}
```

### Output example

```json
{
  "appId": "com.spotify.music",
  "title": "Spotify: Music and Podcasts",
  "source": "com.spotify.music"
}
```

`histogram` is the count of 1 to 5 star ratings. `source` tells you which search term, developer or input produced the row. The full description is included unless you turn it off.

### Pricing

**$2 per 1,000 apps** ($0.002 per app). No start fee. Each app in each country counts as one result; apps filtered out are free.

### Need reviews?

Use [Google Play Reviews Scraper](https://apify.com/geese_chief/google-play-reviews-multi-country) for app reviews in many countries at once.

### FAQ

**How many apps per search?** Google shows about 30 apps on a search page, so that's the practical maximum per keyword. Use more keywords for more apps.

**Why is an app missing in a country?** It isn't available there. The run logs a warning and continues.
