### Por que usar

Times de **produto, ASO, marketing e suporte** monitoram reviews a cada release
para pegar bugs, medir sentimento e responder rápido. Este Actor puxa os reviews
direto da fonte oficial da Apple (`itunes.apple.com/.../rss/customerreviews`),
então é **estável e rápido** — nada de HTML que quebra. Exporte em **JSON, CSV
ou Excel** (ou via **API** e **MCP**) para BI, planilha ou um agente de IA.
