## Pricing

from $1.40 / 1,000 listings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Airbnb Scraper - Listings, Prices & Ratings

Scrape **Airbnb search results for any city, neighbourhood or region**, for your dates and guests. Every listing comes with:

- **Total price and nightly price**, including the original price when it's discounted
- **Rating and review count**, plus "New" listings
- **Bedrooms, beds and baths**
- **Badges**: Guest favorite, Superhost
- **Free cancellation** and payment messages
- **Exact location** (latitude and longitude), area name, photos and listing URL

Filter by **adults, children, infants, pets, nightly price range, room type, bedrooms and beds**, in any currency. You can also paste Airbnb search URLs.

No login, no API key, no browser. It's fast and much cheaper than opening every listing page.

### What you can do with it

- **Short-term rental market research:** average nightly rates, supply and ratings by neighbourhood.
- **Pricing for hosts and property managers:** compare your listing with nearby competitors for the same dates.
- **Real estate investment:** estimate rental yields for an area before you buy.
- **Travel deals and price monitoring:** schedule it and track price changes and discounts for your dates.
- **AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor via Apify MCP):** "Find Superhost apartments in Lisbon under $150/night for Dec 10–14 for 2 adults."

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `locations` | `Dubai`, `Paris`, `Brooklyn, New York`... |
| `searchUrls` | Optional Airbnb search URLs (airbnb.com/s/...). |
| `checkIn` / `checkOut` | Dates (YYYY-MM-DD). Add them to get real totals and nightly prices. |
| `adults`, `children`, `infants`, `pets` | Guests. |
| `minPrice` / `maxPrice` | Nightly price range. |
| `roomTypes` | entire, private, shared, hotel. |
| `minBedrooms` / `minBeds` | Size filters. |
| `currency` | USD, EUR, GBP, AED... |
| `maxListingsPerSearch` | Default 20. Airbnb shows up to about 270 per search, so split big cities into neighbourhoods. |

```json
{
  "locations": ["Dubai Marina", "Downtown Dubai"],
  "checkIn": "2026-12-10",
  "checkOut": "2026-12-14",
  "adults": 2,
  "roomTypes": ["entire"],
  "maxPrice": 300,
  "maxListingsPerSearch": 100
}
```

### Output

```json
{
  "listingId": "1384236473795545800",
  "url": "https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1384236473795545800?check_in=2026-12-10&check_out=2026-12-14",
  "title": "Apartment in Business Bay",
  "name": "Exclusive Jacuzzi + Canal View",
  "location": "Business Bay",
  "latitude": 25.1844,
  "longitude": 55.2811,
  "rating": 4.94,
  "reviewsCount": 16,
  "price": 634,
  "originalPrice": 712,
  "priceLabel": "$634 for 4 nights, originally $712",
  "pricePerNight": 158.34,
  "nights": 4,
  "currency": "USD",
  "badges": ["Superhost"],
  "freeCancellation": true,
  "photos": ["https://a0.muscache.com/im/pictures/..."],
  "searchLocation": "Dubai"
}
```

If a search returns nothing, you get one free `error` row.

### Use it from ChatGPT, Claude & AI agents

This Actor works as a tool for AI assistants through the **Apify MCP server**, and the inputs are designed so an agent can fill them in.

- **Claude (claude.ai / Desktop), ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf:** add the MCP server URL below as a custom connector / MCP server and sign in with your Apify account:

  ```
  https://mcp.apify.com/?tools=get_anything/airbnb-scraper
  ```

- **Claude Desktop / Cursor config file:**

  ```json
  { "mcpServers": { "apify": { "url": "https://mcp.apify.com/?tools=get_anything/airbnb-scraper" } } }
  ```

- **Any LLM framework or GPT Action (REST):** one call runs the Actor and returns the results as JSON:

  ```
  POST https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/get_anything~airbnb-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_TOKEN
  ```

- **No-code:** Make, Zapier, n8n, LangChain and LlamaIndex have Apify integrations.

Then just ask, for example: *"Find Superhost apartments in Lisbon under 150 USD per night for Dec 10-14 for 2 adults."*

### Pricing

Pay per event: you pay per listing returned. See the Pricing tab.

### FAQ

**Do I need dates?** No, but with dates you get exact totals and nightly prices for that stay.

**Why at most about 270 listings per search?** Airbnb only shows about 15 pages per search. For full coverage, split a city into neighbourhoods or price bands.

**Do I need a proxy?** Usually not.
