- ➕ Listing age filter and sorting by newest, recently updated, price, cap rate, size or NOI.
- 📈 Pulls of any size: large searches are split automatically so a single run can return thousands of listings.
- 🔔 Monitor mode for scheduled runs: only new listings, or new listings plus price drops, price increases, status changes and removed listings, with the previous price and the percentage change.
- 🏢 Optional full details: description, investment highlights, property facts that brokers made public (year built, zoning, occupancy, cap rate, NOI and more), and every available space with size and rent for lease listings.
- 🤝 Optional broker details (name, brokerage, brokerage website and address, licenses) and the full photo gallery.
- ➕ Calculated price per square foot, days on market, and any cap rate quoted in the listing headline.
- 🔗 Look up specific listings by pasting Crexi links or IDs.
